Same here. God is my Healer & Restorer. When medical professionals gave up on me & said I'd be dead by 34, God Healed me. In 7 months, if it's God's Will, I'll be 46 years young.
When we invited in Jesus, he changed our hearts. We especially loved our parents and children much more. That required faith AND confession. Jesus can also change our soul. He offers us ALL of God, one step at a time. We can invite in the Son, and the one who raised him from the dead, AND the Holy Spirit. I really struggled with all the ways listed in Matthew about how I was supposed to live. One day, I ran into the pastor during shopping. He seemed sad when he said, "If only the people realized who they are." I remembered this lesson i had heard on the radio. I said, "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus." This made him very happy. Suddenly, I was changed. Inside, I was rejoicing, too. This was a feeling like when I was first saved! I was free! I AM the righteousness of God. Because of Jesus in me. The soul is your WILL. What do you WILL to do. I no longer had any will to do those things labeled as sin. • Believe and receive by confessing. Tell someone that you are the righteousness of God...and it will be true! That's enough for now. • Later, you will read,"Be ye holy, for I am holy." You will wonder why God would ask you to be what sounds impossible. And then you will remember who Jesus is, and you will remember how you became righteous in him. Holiness comes the same way, but righteousness should happen first. It's a journey. That's what life is all about. "Seek my face," He says. Jesus is the manifestation of God. I am so happy to know that you are called. You will say "I AM" because he is.
