I think every experienced fan could tell he was gonna run out of tire, maybe Acosta knew as well. Whatever the case, the confidence to just practice overtaking the best riders in the world and look as comfortable as he did running at the front is amazing. He looks like he's having so much fun!!
Acosta's 2024 start has been epic that's for sure despite it isnt top 5 yet.

Whole pit lane diving for their cheque books to sign this guy, what a talent he is and a marketing dream.
Obviously, I was ecstatic to see Marc fighting for the podium after a long time but seeing Pedro overtaking on the field already, which in sense he's learning and then realizing the tyre degradation if pushed, he still managed to put the bike upright and finished the race.
Sooner or later, rather the former, he will be fighting with the veterans for top positions.
It's an exciting season to watch.🙂

The real fans knew he was destructing his tyres and would drop places towards the end of the race, still that was a good push by Pedro. Definitely someone to watch out for 2024 and the future!!
He should go for sprint races this way…podium is a possibility there
@@rahulkadiyan332I think he rode the same way in sprint too but the difference is all other Riders were riding the same without saving the tyre in the sprint race .the only reason He overtook lots of riders in main race is because others were saving tyres. He is a rookie and he will learn from it no doubt.
@@thelegendrider6007 for sure others were not pushing in the main race to conserve their tyres and that did made him look good…but in sprint I still felt Acosta was not that lit…let’s see how it turns out in future races
I am already expecting Pedro Acosta to get at least a podium finish or even a race win this season.
He is awesome I do belting the hype but, let’s be honest tires were going away fast cause the aggressive riding style.
That race was a changing of the guard for Spanish riders. He is the future. He will be on a factory bike next seaon.

I take back everything I said about "Pedro Acosta³¹"! When I saw 👀 him pass "Pecco Bagnaia⁶³". Who has the greatest defense, & is why Bagnaia" is so hard to pass anywhere on a race track. I was astounded, & once he passed Bagnaia he separated from him so quickly it was like 10 bike lengths in matter of 3 seconds. Also gaining on the front three very quickly. You could tell he was having fun 🦈 😁. Its almost time to play the movie jaws music 🎶...!

Acosta is a brilliant talent and I wish him well but already I'm sick of hearing his name. Is he the commentators love child because all I hear the entire race was Acosta, Acosta, Acosta etc etc etc. I know talent when I see it, even watching on the screen, and this young man has it but I don't appreciate being continuously bombarded with how good he is. I simply want to watch and enjoy the race and be allowed to draw my own conclusions which as I said upfront is Acosta is brilliant. Go Pedro.

I was amazed at how the commentators were hyping up Acosta during the race, saying a podium and even a win was possible. 😂
I'm no genius, but even i could see he was going to drop like a stone at the end of the race.
He was overtaking everyone at will because others weren't properly engaging with him, they were looking after the tyre. And every single one of them overtook him in the last 4-5 laps, he actually lost more places than he gained.
There is a reason why Acosta wasn't able to touch a single one of them in Sprint race, as everyone was pushing from start.
Yes, he's talented but lets not try to over sell.🤷
He's definitely will sign up with factory team in 2-3 season (when his contract is end)

Marquez got on the podium in his debut. Then won his second race. Acosta is a great addition to MotoGP. But perspective is important also. Especially in such a talented field.

Big difference is that Marc went to the best factory team on the grid on his debut. GasGas was one of the slowest teams in MotoGP last year.
I predict he will get a win before Márquez gets another one.

We need to remember that Marc finished 3rd in his first race and he won the second race of 2013 motogp. Acosta has the same bike as Binder and he ended up being 9th. If we want to compare them I am expecting much more from Pedro
He is also two years younger then marc was in his first season. So get off of marcs nutsack. Please
The competition back then wasn't as tight as we had today. Back then, only factory rider that mostly fighting on the front, nowadays, everybody could fighting on the front, especially with European Manufacture like Ducati. At least he has shown that he can fight, and the second KTM rider on the top 10.

He was probably told to go out, ride as hard he could from the off and grab the attention mixing it up with the regulars and not to worry too much about fading in the last 5 or 6 laps.
