So all my regular followers you know that my stove broke , well i had to hunt find the part because it’s old, but I did… I got the part for $40 and fixed it myself .
I phoned Repair guys and they all wanted about $280/ $300 to fix my stove, just goes to show you sometimes you have to do things yourself.

Losing a loved one is perhaps one of the hardest times we face in our lifetime. A soulmate of forty-five years leaves an even more profound emptiness that no amount of time can truly heal. It really is vital that your sister be surrounded by all her family and friends during this difficult time and I am certain you have all rallied to be there for her. I hope she finds solace and comfort knowing you are all by her side. As much as I enjoyed seeing you back in Canada, I am overwhelmed by sadness at the loss of your brother-in-law. bravo on fixing the stove. UA-cam videos show you how to do so many things. if you get a new countertop, like my friend did, you will be reluctant to cook for a while. the new counter will look so nice, she didn't want to mess it up.

I am really sorry to hear your brother-in-law passed, it is never easy to lose a family member, my condolences to you and your sister. I am so glad to see a woman do repairs, really pays off :) Also I am glad to see a bit of Canada life and grocery shopping, prices would be nice too. We have been having an ice storm in Portland, Oregon for the last 10 days. Turned out to be a real mess w trees and electric cables coming down on houses and people and days of electric power being cut off in way below freezing temps. I could say I made it fairly easy in comparison to some people I know :( Just be ready and prepare as much as you can.

The amount they want to charge you for that is outrageous. Glad you figured it out. I love your earrings. 😍 Stay warm where you are. I'm in Michigan...not too far from you. It's been awhile since I've been to Canada. My mothers family is from there. Not too many of us left now.

Awe…you are the best fixing your own stove. I did that too years ago with my washer. I google searched what it could be, ordered the part from an appliance part store that was not too far (the part were dog agitators) no more thats $10. I had my strong neighbor lift the washer top off and I was able to replace the worn down part. I paid my neighbor for helping me $50 and it all worked out. So I can definitely relate. ❤ The warmest and most peaceful wishes to you and your sister and the family over the loss of your brother in law. ☹️
