Solo travel to San Ignacio, Belize 🇧🇿

Second day here in Belize and I made the short journey from Belize City to San Ignacio; and ate some delicious food of course! As much as I would like to make lots of videos along this journey, we'll see how many more I make. I have met lots of great people at the hostel already and want to enjoy the experiences with the people I meet along the way.

At 7:55, you walked by David's Chinese Restaurant, which is a good spot to get a chicken burger and fries... $7 BZD. And, yes, Kelly's is my favorite restaurant in that part of Cayo... cheap, excellent quality food, a nice breezy outdoor spot to sit, off the main and busy road, and pleasant staff. Good call.

I traveled to Santa Elena, Cayo, Belize by myself 10 months ago. With a backpack and $6000. I'm never leaving. I love the people here .They are so friendly and warm. I live comfortably on under $1000 USD everything included, everything.

That’s amazing, congratulations on making the move! It’s been really cool meeting and talking to so many people from different backgrounds/lifestyles and seeing the way they make it work in so many different places. Unfortunately I didn’t have much time in Belize as I headed to Guatemala sooner than expected, but I’d love to go back!

Well... maybe haha. I am still traveling in Central America, but have been making so many friends along the way that I almost entirely stopped filming. I love making the videos when I'm traveling solo, but I prefer to be entirely engaged and present when traveling with friends, so I stopped filming after those first days solo. It's possible I'll make a couple more, but we will see!
