Someone said to me that all the goodnes has been taken out because it has been heated/pasturised. So I bough a jar that ssys Raw Set Honey for Martlets. What is the best type of honey to consume. I make soft set with my honey that crystalizes. The seed honey smooth's out the hard crystals and is ready to go around 7 days.
Odd that people try to set honey. I usually try to turn mine runny again after it's set in the cupboard!

Personally I have gone in phases when I preferred set honey or liquid honey.
I prefer set honey, it's the next thing from comb honey!
