Engineered bioplagues will be more accessible to bad people. Drone swarms with chemical weapons or other weapons, the size of a nation's military, run by one bad person. Black swan destructive events similar to the creation of nuclear bombs, someone may discover a technology that instantly ruins earth's ecosystem before anyone can understand or react.
