That’s what I’m saying , I’m seeing them tonight in Portland Oregon and it’s rude they are only on for 30 min, they should be headlining no questions asked.
I'm sorry, the way he retunes his snare mid-song in The Love You Want, to get a more dull sound on the verse. And tuning it back up for the final chorus. That shit is wild. What a mad man.
I love the reactions to 2's snare drum amongst drummer on youtube and how they say, "There's no way it's that tight live," and then there's this video. That snare is TOIGHT.

This guy for Sleep Token is pretty incredible, what he's doing is called "Linear Playing", note after note in succession there is always one note played at a time very very quickly in single strokes, double strokes, or triplets. It's like if you took a Gospel Chops church drummer and put him into heavy metal band. I've been waiting for a drummer like this for a long time to come into the metal scene into a very tasteful band like Sleep Token, it's a breath of fresh air. Danny Carey is fantastic, but I don't think anybody is on the level of Garska at this point... and he's just getting started.

Man, this band is full of incredibly talented individuals. Every single member is just phenomenal at what they do. I hope they cling to the faceless gimmick, because in all honesty, I think they've done it the best.
