Hi Larry, rear view cameras are good but I find the distance warning bleepers are far more practical (as you don’t have to watch the screen while backing). Do you have that feature?
I did one of these on my channel. Unfortunately I was not a youtuber then so lots are still pictures. I did actually make new molds for the rear end from insulating foam. Took me a few weeks but was like new when finished. Thanks for the video guys. Steve. UK.
We did multiple layers especially in the lower spots but it builds up pretty quick, as long as it has enough build to sand down flat later should be good 👍
@@SedwenaScarlet it was some urethane epoxy, but we ended up redoing it with the kitty hair fibre putty instead (off camera) which I’d recommend just to fill the cracks 👍
Ese trabajo cuesta más de lo que cobrarás. Solo en productos invertidos se te ha ido un dinero ,y en tiempo no te digo. Aquí en España paño de fibra algo de fondo ,pintura, y a correr.
Great camera work and editing. We appreciate your talent! We are a company specializing in car LED lighting technology and we will contact you as soon as possible.
This is my motorhome and yes I am more than happy with the result, very professional.
@@LarrySketchley haha the man himself! Glad to hear it! (Your motorhome is famous)

Great outcome guys! Also the young man presenter was also excellent 👌👏
Appreciate it! 👍
Dad and son, great team, superb! Natural, knowledgeable and pleasant. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You guys certainly are “masters of the art”, beautiful job. Good on the owner (Larry) for saying what you did ❤🇦🇺
Great watch. Artists at work 👏👏
Good work, but I would recommend drilling a hole at the end of the crack, to avoid more ripping, due to tension.😊
Congratulations... regards from Athens Greece 😊...
Awesome! Thank you!
Proper skills well done Pops

Interesting repair, it was perfect.👍

I always said fiberglass is infinitely repairable. I did many vettes, the fiberglass ones, and the SMC ones.
@@tmc9525 yea definitely, that’s what makes it so cool!
Wow! Neat! Allways wondered what you do when you bash one of them.
@@yorotirb3941 yea thanks!
Very satisfying
Good job 👏
Thanks, appreciate it!
Amazing job, great skill. Can I ask - did you start by just laying a single mat layer, or did you do more layers off-video? Thanks, Rich, UK 👍
We did multiple layers especially in the lower spots but it builds up pretty quick, as long as it has enough build to sand down flat later should be good 👍
You could see Dad and Uncle were also brothers!
Yep that is correct! 👍
Wow great video, great music and great repair. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it!
Nice job Dad ( from the UK)
Дзякуй за працу. God bless you.
What was the black 'glue' that you used to seal off and prevent resin going down behind the tapes tec?

Great job! What is the bill for this?
In the U.K. we would charge about a grand for that.
@@cookoutdoor881 it came to around 2k CAD

We actually didn’t use that much money worth of product, most of the cost is in the labour
what was the price charged for this repair ??

Ist der letzte Gang normaler Autolack?
It is not car paint, it is called Gelcoat which is used on fiberglass parts to give them a nice finish
@@tjvalleygarage thank you
It need a bumper.
@@george1984 yea no kidding lol that’s how they come nowadays
u left out the MEK prosses
Yea forgot about that. I just put a subtitle pointing it out but that’s it

Your extraction system needs improving
take care of your health and aesthetics: use a vacuum cleaner when sanding
We tried to use a vacuum as much as possible especially when grinding fibreglass 👍
Yes I saw they were using one. Always important with any fibre work. Very responsible of them.
wood on a bumper ? it will rot in weeks
@@lukasz_kostka we used wood as backing but we took it all out after the fiberglass was finished
320 and 600 grit after painting?😮 🙉🙈
Then 1200, then 2000.
Yea gelcoat is different than paint and is thicker and a bit more course to sand out
Good video music was sh1t better video without music
