I had whiplash in 2014 and was diagnosed with cervical kyphosis,dgd and a pinched nerve 6 weeks ago after years of neck pain.I have been in traditional physical therapy but it’s not helping much,the therapist said the curve probably can’t be reversed but I’m hopeful
