This house stands out amidst the natural landscape, its facade in a soft white tone, contrasting with the deck.
At the entrance to the house, the large glass sliding doors invite you to enter and flood the space with natural light, creating a feeling of luminosity and expansion. The large doors not only facilitate natural lighting but also allow fresh air to circulate, creating an airy and revitalizing environment.
Upon entering, we are welcomed by an integrated space that brings together a large and complete kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room with a drinks area. This well-planned integration and functionality optimizes the available space, providing a perfect environment for welcoming friends and family.
The fluidity between these spaces creates a feeling of connection and conviviality, where each activity can be carried out without interruptions. It's the ideal place to cook while chatting with guests in the living room or to enjoy a family meal while enjoying the view of the house through the large glass door.
This integrated space is more than just a functional area, it is the heart of the home, where precious moments are shared and memories are created.
The rooms in this house were designed to offer comfort, functionality, and unique style. Each of the two bedrooms has a good amount of closet space, ensuring that residents have ample space to store their clothes and personal belongings, keeping the environment organized and clutter-free.
This house has two bathrooms, the first is private, connected to one of the bedrooms, offering an intimate and exclusive environment. This bathroom provides privacy and convenience to the room's occupants. The second bathroom, shared by the other bedroom and the social area, was designed to meet the needs of multiple users.

Very nice! I really like the roof materials and the landscaping. While the built in appliances look fabulous today, what happens when those appliances reach their end-of-life and need to be replaced? Appliance manufacturers are notorious for changing the outside dimensions with model updates.
