    Clark had 38.3 points generated per game for the season, the most in WNBA history. The second place was Taurasi one season with 33.9. That's incredible, especially for a rookie. The one play where she comes off the pick and roll from Boston, she makes Griner pick her poison and as soon as she leans to guard Boston, CC takes it to the hoop.

    Clark has More impact on her team than any other player. She is on last year's worst team and look at them now. MVP in the WNBA has a different meaning than anywhere else. Same thing about going to the Olympics.

    This young lady is very dangerous on the court . You can see every team fears her because you notice how they guard her? They even try double team her and the girl is a rookie 😂😂

      Yup, her average 3 is 28.09 ft., 2 ft. further out than Sabrina's, who is in second place. She has said that she'd love to shoot from the 3 pt.line, but the way they guard her, that's not an option.

    • @jacquescousteau217
      @jacquescousteau217 Місяць тому

      She shoots from 30 ft quite often. She says her logo shots are her sweet spot for treys. But she made a point that I missed. She said in interviews that each team has a different logo hence one may be 30 ft another 28 ft or whatever, so she has to adjust to the area. A phenomenal player we have not seen the likes of before. I’ll be very uprises if CC doesn’t get the MVP in 2025.

    I looked it up, the women's 3-point line is 1ft shorter than the men's. The radius in Women's is 19ft 9inches, and in Men's is 20ft 9inches. At least that's what it's meant to be.

    Wilson was the MVP before the season started and nobody sees anything wrong with that. She doesn't look like it to me.

    She isn't showing us anything we haven't seen in basketball before, BUT she IS showing us what we haven't seen from the WNBA before. Especially from a rookie. She seems to be feeling more at home with her team mates and she has GREAT handles which just opens everything up for her on the court. When you add the long range to the handles it's a rough deal to guard.

  • @JohnRoberts-pt8cu
    @JohnRoberts-pt8cu Місяць тому

    She beat every record apart from the highest points in a season, 62 records broken, and she broke the highest score in college for men and women, with almost 4000 points in her four years, she scored in one game with over 60 points, and Iowa won 74 to 72, that means she won that game almost alone. That's how good she is, Angel Reese didn't have a chance.

  • @StevenTaylor-xf4ij
    @StevenTaylor-xf4ij 2 місяці тому +8

    It's clear you don't watch the WNBA if you think Reese is playing good. Look at her stats. Her shooting percentage inside 5 feet is terrible and her rebounds come from her many missed shots.

  • @rmcfete
    @rmcfete 2 місяці тому +3

    Reese keeps rebounding her own missed layups and can’t shoot threes like CC

    As for the MVP debate, if A'ja Wilson had the season she did when Candace Parker was a rookie, I very much doubt they would have given RotY to Parker. With that said, there were plenty of arguments for Clark to be MVP this year, but there was too much weird hatred against her for it to be a genuine consideration by those who mattered. I mean, there was even 1 vote in Rookie of the Year for someone who was injured for the last 6 games, which pretty much everyone will acknowledge as a protest vote, not a serious vote.

    The funny thing is, she's faster than Bird, being smaller and healthier. It's like a tiny Bird on high speed. I could watch this.

    If the Fever beat the Aces on the way to the playoffs, and then do something in the playoffs? Who knows, maybe go all the way? There is a route to MVP for Caitlin Clark! As reluctant as they'd be? They'd have to give it to her!

    • @jmsportsfactory
      @jmsportsfactory  2 місяці тому

      That would be so dope if that happened! Probably unlikely tho

  • @dvrmte
    @dvrmte Місяць тому

    Clark's average three point shot is over 28 ft. That's further away than anyone in the WNBA or NBA, further than Curry. The women's' basketball is slightly smaller than the men's ball.

    Angel Reese is not in the same league as CC. How ANYONE could even compare the two players is beyond absurd. Angel is all Angel marketing herself, it was nothing to do with basketball. CC is the love child of Bird, and Curry …

    Clark’s rookie numbers were better than Candice Parker’s .. And Clark lead the wnba in assist .. Parker didn’t lead the W in nothing that year and won mvp .. Parker 18 pts 8.9 rebound and 3 assist .. Clark 19.9 pts 6 rebounds and 9 assist and lead broke 70 records most 3s ever and assist 19 ..

  • @jlsc4125
    @jlsc4125 2 місяці тому

    Devil reese mvp, you have to be joking. She's a goal tender, she did a flagrant foul on Clark, she's a cry baby, she's done nothing for her team or the league, she's only done for herself. She's the most overvalued player. Clark is the MVP, not even a question about it.

  • @cupiddstunt
    @cupiddstunt Місяць тому

    “Is that a push off” yep.
    But name me one player that does not push off or at the very least roll/shrug their shoulder into the defender to create space. Which is still pushing off.
    Defenders hands on grabbing, pulling and no whistles, a little push off is nothing.
    And as for your question at 10.12, well that shows you do not watch WNBA or you are heavily bias towards Reese, as there is no comparison between the two. Reese is horrendous considering her size and that her game is only within 8ft of the basket her shooting stats are deplorable. And her rebounding is her only highlight. And that takes in half of her rebounds are her own missed layups.
    On every other aspect of the game outside of rebounding Clark is head and shoulders the superior player.
