If you're referring to who I think you are, that isn't 2D. It's a scrapped character named Billy Boy that's inspired by Clockwork Orange and was originally in Murdoc's old band. He was going to be a part of the Gorillaz movie I think they were planning to make in phase 2 before it got canned. However, yes- 2D would look surprisingly nice with a beard.
