Most complicated fighting game combo ever
LOVE this little workout, thank you! I love that it works both body AND mind... & that Andi expects that we'll keep up, without SS's sometimes "talking-to-old-people" tone. I get it; we're over 65 (I'm 69)... But some of us want / need this type of stronger workout: body sweating, mind working.
Please... May we have more of this type of workout? And maybe longer? If I want to do 30 minutes of safe low-impact cardio I end up cobbling three videos together... which is certainly doable, tho it would be fun if SS would offer some longer cohesive workouts for days when we want to push ourselves a bit. Thank you so much, Silver Sneakers, for being here for us.

After Meal walking has great benefits. This video has too many and fast charging movements and steps. I found it difficult to follow.
