  • Ingredients
    4 Eggs
    125g Sugar
    125g Cake wheat Flour
    2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
    (Blueberry filling)I made it from scratch I will be sharing Recipe soon- you can use any Jam/ mousse for filling
    Method
    1. Whisk the eggs and the sugar until ribbon stage
    2. Continue until mixture is light ,creamy double in bulk
    3. Fold in the flour very gentle
    4. Grease a Swiss Roll tin and line with a greased proof or silicone paper
    5. Pour in the Genoese mixture and bake 160 degrees for 10-12 minutes
    6. Turn out on to a sheet of paper sprinkled with icing sugar
    7. Remove paper from Swiss roll, spread with desires filling
