The Flash speeder is a great addition to any collection. I remember picking up mine from the Birmingham comic con (1999/2000 sort of time?) for £5! The vendor had literally 100s. When you do get round to opening up the Fambaa, like I've said before, take extra care of the golden staff as it's very brittle
A lovely little speeder - Mr Hasbro 'Evans' did a nice custom job on his... There were a good few speeders from the first couple of Prequels, sadly half the figures needed to populate them were on the non-articulate side! Nice belated review and kudos to the sender... Thank god you found out what was making that awful creaking sound on your phone, with acute sensitive hearing that was driving me insane for ages!
I really love the Flash Speeder if only because it featured heavily in the Battle for Naboo video game on the N64. Played that game a lot as a kid. I think you might want to look for one of the Naboo guards that have a similar hat to Captain Panaka. One or 2 were actually piloting the one in the movie. I'm not sure if they'd be able to sit in the cockpit or not. Not sure there.
Nice little vehicle. Definitely an essential item to have in a collection. I had one in the box, paid £15 which I was happy paying. My only complaint was that the big "spoiler" kept coming off. Had to blu-tac it down lol. Great video as always👍
Nick! Glad I could hook you up with the Flash Speeder for your TPM focus. Definitely works as a generic SW speeder. Undersized but pretty slick. You’re right about that dark red Naboo guard. Hasbro said it was a character debut in TVC but they’d made a pretty solid but limited articulation version many years earlier. Oops! Anyway, you’re welcome, pal! Great vid. Look forward to seeing you crack open the massive Fambaa!
That's a nice little vehicle. It would be good to have things like this again. Plenty new speeders in media they can draw from that people would love. Maybe they might come in this new 5POA replacement line since it's a bit cheaper then Vintage Collection or I assume I guess we don't know everything yet. I get the feeling on the negativity. It's almost killed my interest many times. But every now again something comes along that reminds me no matter how many people try to say otherwise this franchise is alive and well and that is represented in people like yourself, Tim, Toys Are The Way, the SWTVC podcast crew and everyone in the Vintage Collection community. Everyone in the figure community is drawn together by their love for Vintage Collection and seeing it to it's full potential and no matter how many bumps it's gone through it has stayed alive thanks to the passionate interest from fans and I commend you all for that. I'm not in a place where I can collect but I want to be someday again and by keeping up with videos you make I know what's going but also your passion and interest I just like watching and inspires me to be creative. The people who I like watching at this point are people who have a vested interest in what they care about and will do this regardless of money or view content they do it because it's their passion and brings them joy. There's enough negativity in the world I don't need to watch more of that. Talking to people like yourself and the others I mentioned, Star Wars Meg, Star Wars Santa and Jason from MakingStarWars is where I'm at this point when discussing Star Wars online and your content continues to entertain and be informative. Then when a Star Wars project comes along that truly ignites interest like Andor or Ahsoka it excites me for the future as I loved both of those shows Andor especially. And I hope next year brings that feeling again. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to the next video.
Another great vehicle from the prequels. I really do think Hasbro are dropping the ball when it comes to vehicles. There is so much decent stuff that would look great in TVC, the Flash Speeder being one of them. Neglect is the word that springs to mind.
Nice speeder. The Fambaa looks great. Given how good the current Mattel JURASSIC PARK / WORLD line of Dinosaurs look, Hasbro could take some inspiration and do a few STAR WARS Beasts/Creatures/Sea Monsters.
Passed on this when they came out..but managed to get one this year for AU$20..not bad...no missile and the stickers are only a little worn out..the colour is prolly not as vibrant..didn't know about the battle damage feature though..and yeah couldn't display it anywhere..that might change soon..cheers Nick🍺🍺🍻
Nice speeder to add to your land speeders. I've ended the year with a vehicle I never had as a kid got to play with the original AT AT just needing some parts with some age to it on the colour side like the original scout walker I got . On offer by the seller for £25 with a luke skywalker card from a pack of starwars cards
Prems héhé. I have just bought this pack last week (flash speeder). It is a good item . Pay attention at the stickers in rear of the flash speeder. It is very little and i have lost one .
Man, I’d love to see that Lars Family speeder in TVC. The same shape speeder shows up in a different color in Mos Eisley. Yellow. Doubt it will ever happen. Probably have to go w a custom. There are some pretty nice ones out there. Though not cheap 😂. Iconic design!
What he said! 👆🏼😉 Plus, think I said in video right?! Pretty sure a speeder shot from its cannon at start of Theed city ground battle at very start of Battle of Naboo 👌🏼

I’d forgotten about that N64 game! It was quite good. So much fun.
Cool speeder. I like episode one stuff.

One of my favourite vehicles from episode one line. Such a unique vehicle and colour.
I know man.... I'm kinda loving it where it is on its own on my corner shelf. No figures in or by it either and it still looks epic! 👍🏻👍🏻🥰

Still one of my favorite ships. Loved it as a child
Thanks for watching and commenting! 🥰 glad to hear from someone who appreciated it back in the day! 😉 O.O.K 👌🏼💙

Haslab should do the Lars family speeder

Really? 🤔 seems a bit small for Haslab... perhaps if you'd said Lars FAMILY HOME I'd agree with ya! 😉👌🏼💙
It's sad. I think seeing ships and speeders at retail are a thing of the past.
Vert well said. 😔👌🏼
I don’t remember, where was this in ep1?
When amidala meets the gungans
What he said! 👆🏼😉

Another forgettable vehicle from the prequels.
Haha, it's nifty for whst it is! 😉👌🏼💙
