Darrell - IT WORKED! I had to do a fair amount of maintenance to seal up leaks but when installed, unbelievable! On thing I realized is that my coach has a couple of vent fans between the two ACs we have and they have 2x6" duct holes like underneath the ACs. I assume this is because you have the option to put ACs there as well. That is also a source of cooled air leakage because they're only covered by the thin plastic finishing ring that you put underneath the fan. Thanks again! ~Phil, A Year to Volunteer
I installed one on our 2015 Winnebago Via (25' Sprinter chassis) right after we purchased it last August. We're definitely happy with the reduced sound level and fantastic cold air output. I've had two travel trailers with AC units and a 2012 Newmar Bay Star (no direct access to AC units from inside the coach, which was very quiet) but none of the pumped out the cold air comparable to what we experience with the Winnebago/Silencer combination. Highly recommended, but take your time and really seal up all leaks and gaps as it is crucial to getting the best results.
Sadly, my old Dometics are significantly different. I hope I can get this installed best. Suggest you make one showing my old style Penguin 1350. I am really looking forward to this--after losing my hearing in late March, early April.

I have an RV Airflow system already installed. I wonder if your baseplate and cover would work in conjunction with it? Looks like it should?.
