Thank you. Just what I needed. A step by step practical lesson from start to finish. I loved that you showed us the exact nibs to use. As a beginner all the nibs are confusing.
So glad it was helpful! If you want to learn more about which nibs to use for what, here’s a video that might help: Pyrography Tips, Nibs, Pens and Their Uses: How To Shop For Woodburning Tips for Beginners ua-cam.com/video/yRblAn_moP8/v-deo.html
I’ve seen this video a couple of times, learned something new with each viewing. Turning the wood-can’t say enough! Learned the hard way on pull-don’t-push, too. I’m still on cartoon level, neophyte images, but that’s OK, I like Donald and Goofy. I’m struggling with the temperature on my Colwood Detailer; always too hot or too cold; probably need to experiment more. Thanks for the video. Wish commercials didn’t interrupt!
It was the Crate Club. It’s been discontinued but you can get a few overstock boxes on my Etsy shop. 🎉 Here’s the link to this project: redroofbarn.etsy.com/listing/1584752193
