A great video, A tiny tip if I may, you did not need it, but others may. Once the hex boxes are all taped up but not yet cured, place them on your assembly table and clamp them together. Then any tiny imperfections in the angles will be sorted out before the glue cures. A fantastic instructional video, I subscribed straight away
Wow, for a young man you did more than super good, it's fantastic and it was good to see you so proud of your work.keep doing your woodwork, you will go a long way. I just wish every young man had a workshop to use, be a lot less in prisons. Keep going sunshine,I look forward to seeing more of your very good work. (P.S. 100% use your flipping push sick on the circular saw, do not take risks).
+Rachel Tomlinson +Rachel Tomlinson Thank you very much!! I appreciate your enthusiasm for me to produce more videos! I will definitely use a push stick next time. Haha
Mate get a push stick to push the wood through that last bit of the cut with the table saw. You will lose a hand and possibly die from blood loss that way. You might be lucky 1000 times but you only need to be unlucky once to get facuked up for the rest of your life. Not worth it, especially when your young.
Nice Job! Just a mere suggestion, use reinforced packing tape. The clear tape with thread in it. Same results with a tighter joint so less "filling". Keep up the good work.
I have to make a castle turret mailbox, essentially one the shelves but alot deeper..... this has helped me alot get an idea how to approach it, thanks!
Thanks Man I am not the first one to do that. I have seen so many people do it. Its a really nice trick but I find that it works better with air duct tape.
Nice work! You’re going to hear this quite often but here goes... safety first! It takes a fraction of a second for that blade to do major irreparable damage. Ok I’m done. Back to your video. You just gave me the best idea. I’m thinking I’ll make book shelves this way instead of the traditional way. Like a full wall centered around my husbands obnoxiously big new television. Hopefully I don’t end up with an obnoxious looking wall! Wish me luck! Thank you mister man! New subscriber.
you are putting your hands WAY TO CLOSE TO THE BLADE on both your chop saw and table saw! your going to lose fingers or your hand get a push stick and a hold down stick for your chop saw good work though! they look great! keep doing the carpentry
+Diana Thomson I am glad you liked it!! The angles you would have to cut on the pieces is 30 degrees and it it about 5 inches deep and 6 inches wide for each peice then you should be able to glue them together. Keep in mind the dementions I gave you are for one of the sides of the 6 sided shape. Good luck on making it!!
The whole time I thought you did not speak English or that you were mute. Had you talked/narrated or the least provided on screen captions throughout the process I would had clicked the "LIKE' BUTTON" I do hope you will do better next time.
For a “how to make” video, you didn’t explain anything! Sorry, people looking for “how to” videos would appreciate knowing like what angle did you cut, etc.
Excelente!!! 👍🏻

Good job! Always good to see the young men wood working! Keep it up.
I use a ratchet strap for glue up and it works great..and allows for proper pressure

Armedefender D 30 degrees,
Very nicely done! at what degree was the mitre saw kept at? :-)
30 degrees

thanks for sharing. How many degrees is the cut?
30 degrees
Nice work
So helpful, thank you!
+Chelsea Alphonso You are very welcome! 😊
great!
You're amazing
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Could I get the measurements of the Hexagon pieces to make my own. How did you figure out how to make them?
The size can be anything you want, as long as the angles are 360° : 6= 60° on the ends and the pieces have the same length
you are putting your hands WAY TO CLOSE TO THE BLADE on both your chop saw and table saw! your going to lose fingers or your hand
get a push stick and a hold down stick for your chop saw
good work though! they look great!
keep doing the carpentry
Show muito bom Parabéns.
Doing some quarantine projects hahaha
Nice work but these would've looked better in a more random placement.

Hi super cool :))) love it!!! I was wondering what was the measurements and angles I want to try to make it :)))

Phillips Made if I made the pieces a bit larger , would it still be a 30° angle?
@@bigrhonda8818 The measurements can be enlarged or reduced the only thing that stays same is the 30-degree angle good luck.
make a tree book shelf
Take it from somebody who has cut their thumb not once but twice on the table saw......USE A PUSH STICK lol
I love the project but i need de measurements 😪
Your hand is so close to the blade
every time!!
ALWAYS Wear protection
Te quedó uno con la beta al revés

Splendidly to see Woodglut have new plans which helped me save some money and energy for this construction.

I'm sure you will find good solutions for all your ideas on the Stodoys website.
pizza face
I have checked many woodworking plan sites. I think the instructions from Woodprix are the best.
Sweet home Alabama rip off song lol
This time I will use woodglut plans for this.
