Bi does not mean that you want a man and a woman at the same time or even that you will go back and forth. It doesn't mean that you will cheat or want to be poly. Being bi only means that you have the potential to be attracted to men and/or women.

If we put a lable on it, I guess I am bisexual but I had fallen in love with a woman and was in a committed relationship with her! I fall in love with the INNER PERSON/ENERGY regardless of PARTS! If Im in a relationship with a man, in not bringing a woman into my bed with my man and vise versa! I grew up a tomboy, extrememly athletic but ALWAYS had an attraction to women, at a young age! I would date a stud or a fem! I still wear makeup, dress girl at times… but be balling with the dudes, played soccer my whole life till this day! Im attracted to women but men as well! I hate lables! FAITHFUL IS FAITHFUL regardless of the sexual preference! If im in a relationship with a woman, I like women sooo would you be worried about me leaving for another female like you worried about me leaving with a man? Same for if my man, I could leave you for another man OR A WOMAN!

I think it's unfair to bisexual people because I can be in a long term relationship with a woman but it doesn't change my sexuality. It also don't mean I don't take the relationship seriously. When I'm single, who ever peaks my interest is who next..

This question is just as misguided as asking a monogamous lesbian or gay person, "how can you be with the same person for the rest of your life?"
You're confusing monogamy with sexual orientation. Just because you're gay or lesbian doesn't mean being with one single person for the rest of your life is easy. No one person can ever fulfill every possible desire or preference, etc at all times. If you're choosing monogamy, you're accepting (hopefully) that everyone is limited and this one person can't be everything always for you. This fact has nothing to do with orientation.

I'm not Bi but I've heard a married person and Bi people answer this question. Just because a person who likes more than one sex but marries the same sex. That doesn't take away their attraction to the opposite sex. Bc they would marry them. Also...or date them also but they just fell for the same sex 1st. But if they get divorced or break up they are open to being with the opposite sex.
