Smiley is one of the dopest, down to earth people ive had a chance to meet. One of the best bosses ive had a chance to work with. Always there to help anyone out!
Finally some love for the 69-70 mustang coupes. This thing is sick! My first car was a 69 coupe, it was my daily driver in high school. Now the 302/c4 from it are in my 31 ford coupe hotrod.
Always nice to see someone that drives and enjoys their old muscle build the way it was meant to be. To many just sit in a garage with owners to scared to drive them.
Dont understand the scared part wtf? Its like they dont have insurance or what? They are just cars at the end of the day .FIx repair replace and make memories.
Smiley is the GOAT!!!!!!!!! I’ve known that man for years and he’s such a great guy to be around! I got to see this mustang change from stock, fox body swap, and now a coyote
@@AutotopiaLA have him in future episodes! All my friends watched this video hyped up because he’s ALWAYS helping us with our cars. He’s just that kind of person where instead of being upset that we got a flat tire, we get excited since it’s a “smiley trip” lol
The sound of this V8 is awesome! Here, in France, we are "surviving" with little 4 or even 3 cylinders engines. Yes, 3 cylinders 1.0 liter engines... 😞 Life is tough, here! Enjoy V8 for us!
this is literally my dream car, a nice classic Mustang that's fun to drive, good to cruise and enjoy a drive in, and can drift, race, etc... hope to one day own a car like this.
What a nice pony car. Smiley can get in and drive it and not have to baby it. I love this channel. It's one of those where you turn it on and be happy. I love to see how happy the cars make their owners.
Every time you have a Pony, it makes me miss my 68 which I had for 10 years, age 20 -30. Anyway , sick ass ride, love the set up. Seems like a great dude and again a driver that puts your ass on edge!!!!
My uncle has a 70 coupe or (Grande) . That car is our family bad ass eventually turned into a drag car in the 90s . Point being this story was a real treat for me. Also knowing it doesn’t have to be a 1/4 million pro touring car to make it on autopia is cool
Love it. My ride home from the hospital after being born was a '70 coupe 302/auto my mom owned. These cars are embedded in my DNA 🤘🤘 Sick ride Smiley - love the story and history of the car. Hope to create the same memories with my son and our Foxbody!
One of the first restorations i ever did was a '70 mustang. Built up a high strung 390, 4 speed, 9 inch, triangulated 4 link, mustang 2 front clip, coilovers all around, gt500 brakes. Loved that car it was really hard to watch it go. Love a '70.... because its what comes after 69 you dig what im talking about? By the way, Shawn, we all learned wheelies on our bmx bikes. Then that graduated to our 125cc dirt bikes, then 250, then 450s came along and you could run 55-60 mph on the back wheel. My oldest sons mom bought me a brand new R1 raven for my 18th birthday when we were together... before she started doing heroin. I still own the bike along with my 2020 R1m. I do stand ups on the freeway at 120. Its like 2nd nature the thought of looping out never crosses my mind.
any v8 mustangs gets me and all stick mustangs will always get me excited

Absolutely a sick ass coupe!
It may not be a fastback, but this is one bad pony. Mad respect to Smiley for keeping it a driver.
Fastbacks are just a trend. Kinda overrated
My brother had a 1970 Mustang Grande with a 351 Cleveland. It was an awesome car!
Coupes over fastbacks everyday and Twice on Sunday.
I brought a coup 69 they are almost more rear
Well I mean 40 years from now when these are 100 years old.. it’s not gonna matter

Dedication and down-to-earth approach make you a favorite. Congrats!
More of this type of content, much better than the trailer queens imo
I try mixing it up but sure do love cars built to drive

Ikr what's the point of having a car if your not going to enjoy it.
Dont understand the scared part wtf? Its like they dont have insurance or what?
They are just cars at the end of the day .FIx repair replace and make memories.
I built the driveline for this stang. Smiley is one good dude. Badass car 🍻
This guy has total control of that beast!
Thank you Sean, for making all the effort in putting these great videos together, love you bruh.😁

Brings back awesome memories of the burnyard at hoonigan
So cool, when muscle cars get modernized. Tires, suspension and the inside. Or all original
Smiley Burning it Down for the People !! Gotta Respect the history of the Family !! Thanks for the Vid !!
The sound of this car had me smiling the whole time loved it thank you.
So many Fastbacks. Love seein a coupe
Wow, what a fun car! Hits the sweet spot in so many ways. Proper daily driver driven like it should be. 🙂 Smiley has great attitude, fits his car 😀
Great car, I love the fact that it looks like stock but, when it wants to become a beast it does in very badass way. Great video 😍👌🏻
@ 15:32 !!!! Great control on the Steeda!!! IYKYK!!!
This was the most emotion I've seen from your face while riding shotgun. What a fun and beautiful Mustang! Smiley has a great vibe too!

Baddest '70 coupe I've ever seen!
Nice coupe , I like the fact that is something different other than the "normal " fastback pony .
I was even smiling watching this video over here in Scotland UK! 🔥🏴😎

That thing is mean!, swings effortlessly
Chevy till the end, but a Coyote sounds ten times better than a LS or LT! Nice build
Cool ride. Love cars that are used and put through the paces!
Smiles per miles Smiley!
Nothing like seeing cats that car driven...Very good Review!!!..👍🏽🏁 18:20

He sure is a cool guy and a helluva driver! I miss my 70 Mustang like crazy!
I might add like a satin black small profile duckbill to the coupe, but otherwise, primo bro. Hella primo. Very slick ride Smiley!
I think this is the first time i have ever seen Sean slightly nervous in the passenger seat. Gold
Love these DRIVER cars!!! Keep them coming.
That’s such a bad ass build. Coyote is perfect for it.
Proper car right there. Made me smile. Car gave me goosebumps. Wicked
Love the Magnaflow!! Have that on my 2015GT

That was a badass episode 👏🏽 Smiley is such a cool dude. I love the way he rips man, dude has some serious skill 💯
First mustang was a 70 fastback. Like the one year look. Best 70 coupe I've seen. Great job!
70 was the last good year for Mustang body design (IMO) 🙂
I'm a Camaro man. But that is one bad ass mustange and a super cool guy. Great video has always.
Wow dude, I love the simplicity and drivability of his build.
Hats off to everyone.. bad ass car and another epic episode from Shawn and Crew.
This might be my favorite episode yet!
Most beautiful Mustang..coupé 70...🖤🖤🖤🖤

Smiley's got those mad sideways skills! The tail lights were sending me synchronised Morse Code messages to go do burnouts... who am I to argue?
It’s incredible what people are creating , and I was afraid hot rodding would die
That dude can wheel! And his ride is dope! Respect 👍🏽
It would be really cool to meet Shawn one day. Maybe when I get my 69 GTO daily driver/auto cross car done?!
