My Sun really liked this video
This is something I would really want for myself. Portable power at it's finest.
Great for portable use but really everyone with a suitable roof should have solar pv and a battery to make huge saving on their electricity bill especially an electricity prices will soon begin to soar.
Usual payback time is 7-10 year and the right battery will last 10-20 year and the solar pv 25-30 years.
I'm sure solar will be a huge part of the future!
I ordered from your website and yet again I am very impressed with the delivery I ordered at 2pm yesterday and my parcel was here at 11am the next morning! Love your products!
Thanks so much for the feedback please share you results 💪
After watching the video I am really convinced that the Delta is really capable of powering a lot of stuff.
Every lawn I've had here in America has been really awful, but now that I'm set to buy my own home I want to have a nice rolling lawn. I'm in the Northeast where the weather is similar to the UK but my lawn is south facing with not much shade and I'm worried about burning. Should I stick with a Rye and Tall Fescue blend if I want that clean, lined English look? Or stick with a Fescue and Blue Grass mix?
will it recharge power tool batteries, say a dewalt? Would love to know before I buy.
Thanks for sharing. I think I'll be needing something like this.
👍 no problem I really enjoyed making this video
Very Impressive bit of kit thank you for showing this a like from me 👍🤝
Hi Matt great vid.
Quick one just bought your dark green product so look forward to seeing the results. Also I have a rather big lawn I will be looking to completely level out and make good. Do you have any info on a decent irrigation system I could use. I think if I’m going to start from scratch I may aswell add this now.
Thanks again
Thanks for your order! I don't have much experience with sprinkler systems but I looked at claber and rainbird systems. There are some you can setup on a Bluetooth timer and mobile apps too which is cool tech. I'd love to do some testing on them if I got the chance at some point
That fast charge really is something. Eighty percent in less than an hour.
Hello mate just wondering if electric aerators are worth it or not ? Weather they still do the same as the petrol ones thanks mate
What do you mean by electric aerator?
@@GardenLawncareGuy sorry electric scarifier/aerator where you change the blade and it's like metal blades and slices the ground? Cheers for the reply
@@TheRealNath the petrol professional ones are much more powerful and usually heavier which gives them better contact
@@GardenLawncareGuy but obviously a lot more expensive. Just wondering if the metal blades are still good for aeration on the electric scarifiers?
Those metal blades on the electric ones are mainly a Scarifier blade. The tines are a rake. They are fine to use to remove debris
It looks like that you can plug in almost everything into that Delta solar generator.
Yeah I want to do some more tests but it's very impressive!
Not exactly free, when the ecoflow is over £1000 then there is the cost of the solar panel. Would be interesting to see how long it takes to charge using solar only. Phone charging would be more efficient using the Usb ports.
Hi Matt. Was the unit charged already and you used the solar panel for top up? Because I doubt you are able to charge all these devices and run the pressure washer simultaneously purely from a 150w rated solar panel. Isn’t this something that should have been mentioned?
Hi Michael Yes the unit was fully charged you should charge it full before the first use. you can see from the tests the appliances are drawing out more current that is being generated from the solar panel I showed at each stage the ammount being generated and ammount being consumed from the unit. Approx 120w in and with the pressure washer 1700w+ out will all the tools one so net consuming power from the unit
Thanks for clarifying, Matt. That’s what I was thinking. The video suggests in a way that the sun provides all the necessary power to drive all of the appliances. I know the input and output figures describe it, but it would have been maybe good to point this out. It’s not that obvious to those uninitiated to solar power and electric charging. I can see this from the amount of people who wonder why the solar panel on their caravan isn’t enough to power a kettle.
Thanks for your great videos, by the way. Keep on rocking. :-)
Yeah - the main product here is actually the battery power station, the solar is an add on that can be used but isn't required. Just in its own right that power pack powering all those tools is very impressive in my book!
