Nice work.. Can you talk about how you use the works to determine how you play a horse.
Mike H I’m not the greatest at being able to watch a workout and see how a horse is doing so I let the expert clocker reports do it for me. They grade workouts on a A-F scale and if a horse is working well, it’s very likely they are sitting on a big race.
How about P3 and P4?
Good informative video. I always have trouble with how many b's and c's to include and when to go deep and when to single an a . Too often I don't trust my opinions enough and add horses I don't care for due to presumed public opinions or because of the it trainers or jocks like Brown /Ortiz. I also listen to a lot of podcasts and follow twitter for some quality handicappers opinions but sometimes I lean too heavy on their opinions and downgrade my opinion. How do you get to the point where you have the confidence to trust your own handicapping ?
Mark Stahl, we’ll be covering that a little more in another video. Advice I can give you now is to always remember that you are putting your own money through the window. Press your strong opinion. Don’t include horses defensively just because you are afraid to lose. That’s how tickets get expensive fast.

Mark Stahl trust your instincts and go with your gut my grandfather used to call it to much info and when you loose it was your own picks with your money very satisfying when you when. I like to limit myself to just one resource per race card if I go that route usually check to see if they have any price horses picked I’ve over looked I’ve hit pick 6s this way that have paid well.
