I think Kilgarah and Merlin are the reasons though. If those 2 let Uther get killed it would be much better. Just make sure Arthur doesnt know Uther died by magic but in combat. (Maybe vs enchanted spear etc but not knowing about it.)
These lyrics fit perfectly to the story, Morgana became so enraged that she was numb of any sympathy or compassion and transformed into this stone cold killer
Can't help but wonder how many times Arthur stood by never saying anything or taking a stand on her behalf and yet Morgana defended Arthur many times (and Guinevere) - Despite Morgana's character being poorly written in the latter seasons, there is some understandable reasons for her feeling so alienated from Camelot. For as much as she gave to everyone not one of them returned the favour. (Merlin came close when he sent her to the druids but then of course later he poisoned her without even being sure she knew what was happening - so very likely she thought Merlin was so willing to kill her because he knew she was a sorceress since she didn't know he had magic)
Yes ! He literally watched his father choke her and did nothing, he has stood up for Gwen and Merlin countless times but never Morgana. No one ever truly defended Morgana, it's part of the reason she felt so alone and alienated from everyone in Camelot.
