- Wanted to share some thoughts I've come up with after owning the car for 1 full week now and just under 1000 miles. I go into detail about the seats, steering wheel, headlights, captive buttons, soft touch materials, and more.

Very big fan of the PM3 refresh-- really wish Tesla would add black Alcantara headliner for the higher trims🎉
That stitching IS actually weird. There's a reason that every other car with stiched wrap on the wheel locates the stitching on the INNER rim of the wheel.
These are small issues enjoy your car 😎
I have the refreshed M3 LR and I absolutely love my car
I agree the cars amazing for the price. It’s only been 2 days driving it
I wish it had a cluster like the model S. I feel like having everything on one screen is bit annoying and having to turn your head just to see how fast you’re going etc.
If you didn't realize that about the air conditioner, maybe you don't know this as well? But you can take two fingers and split the air! Then the air will not be blowing on your face but around you. Respond and let me know if that helped you please?
Btw, I bought the OEM Tesla all weather mats. I was worried I would regret not sticking with the bundled carpet mats, but I love them. Fit is perfect and oh so clean.
I sometimes wish the LED lights were just as bright in use as when choosing the color. The light provides a useful ambiance in lieu of a heads up display.
I bought aftermarket mats, I believe they come in this weekend. Still waiting on a front plate bracket mount
Quick question. I just bought 2020 model 3 performance with FSD for $20k(after $4k used ev credit) at my local tesla dealership. Obviously, it has pretty high miles on it. About 90k miles. 1 private owner. No accident. I'm kinda scared of high mileage Ev, but I wanted to give it a try since it has FSD. What do you think about this deal?

How do you keep your paint looking so clean? Ceramic coating?
I mean it's brand new. If it didn't look good, I'd be upset.

so far know talks about the glare / reflection in the windshield from the metallic holder that holds the LED light in the dash...its kinda annoying.
I actually haven't had many issues with reflections yet. I've only very subtly recognized it

Are the wheels more satin black or more a dark grey color?
Is the dash real carbon fiber or fake texture?
Hard to say. It's not as attractive as the matte Carbon on the exterior spoiler.

I see you have a cobra, would you ever sell your mustang for it? I have a 2015 5.0 and I don’t think I can let it go for a Tesla but this new performance is really making me want to do it.
Is there a reason you didn’t tint all the way up in the rear?

My understanding is that you can now possibly adjust the sensitivity the automatic wipers
Why does your red looks orange did you get your m3p from Shanghai or Fremont ?
Slight Orange on some cameras. Not a tinge or orange to human eye.

I just got my today. I have the same issue on my steering wheel. Hopefully it wears a bit. Took a few people for a ride. It’s fun to scare the hell out of them. I posted the video if you want a laugh

I’m so excited for mine to come in I ordered April 30th and I live in Woodland Hills California. I’m not sure why mine hasn’t came in yet even though I live not too far from the factory.
Tesla probably sold tens of thousands opening week. I know I was waiting for months for rumors and updates. Constantly refreshing Tesla.com for updates

I'm waiting for new battery pack , new door handles, and fixed HVAC (that doesnt' get smelly).

Since you brought it up yourself. About the office hands. This is a free tip for you: For crying out loud, cut your fingernails!!! They should only be that long on women. Not very attractive...
