- How to Mixing skin tone colors when painting is not difficult.
In this painting lesson a tip to easily create the skin colors and her shadow colors.
Mix the color Orange (Red and Yellow). I use a Cadmium Light Red and a Cadmium Yellow Medium.
With White you mix the color a little lighter several times. I use Titanium White.
Mix with Burnt Sienna for a slightly darker skin tone and Burnt Umber for an even darker skin tone.
For the shadows I use a Prussian blue or Phthalo Blue
Experiment and play with the colors!
