How to manage coding while working as SRE/ DevOps, which language you are choosing ?
Hey Nikhil - If you are working as an SRE/Devops, then there would be tasks that would require some kind of automation so that you can remove the manual effort, and thats where coding comes into picture. Its not necessary that you write production ready code from day 1 but if you keep trying and keep learning, your conding skills would improve automatically.

How a candidate is judged here? You should be good in both coding and networking or good in one and average in other works?
they are looking for stellar candidates, people who know how to code, know system and system design and core networking concepts

In the interview they don’t run the code its a whiteboard coding task at least that’s how it was from my interview
so almost 8-10 rounds..
