My best friend is getting married in October, and she asked me to be her maid of honor, being her closest friend since kindergarten (we are 24) me and 2 of her cousins and 2 of our other friends are planning the bachelorette party a few weeks before the wedding, we are doing it ourselves so she doesn’t have any stress added on to what has already been given to her, I am trying my best to help her as she is nervous and excited but stressed and tired out from all the wedding plans, on top of that she wanted to make all the food herself, so we are all coming together to help make food to. She wanted to save as much as possible, honestly, this video helped so much, thank you so much!

As a brides maid how do I figure out the budget ? Do I ask people how much there are putting in or how does that go? Also if it is a destination party wouldn’t it be logical for the bride to be involved or she can’t be involved?

Susi Kuczka I ended up not going after all. Financial issues came up and my cousin understood the circumstances. If I could turn back time, I would just try to settle with trying to make friends with the other guests since I ended up getting along with all of them at the actual wedding.
Hollie May Carcallas aww! I definitely plan on going. Just nervous as I’m a really shy person. And they plan on doing a sleep over. I would be okay with a few hours and then leave to go home. But a whole night?? I’m not looking forward to it honestly...

I would never spend any money on attending a bachelorette party aside from buying the bride a gift. LOL
