Thanks for the video! You may want to try micro sol as your final solution over the decals. I also make sure that the decal is flat when it is setting, just to make sure I’m getting an assist from gravity when it dries. I do the top, let it dry overnight, then the bottom and a side, etc. Hope that makes sense. Keep up the good work👍🏻

Hello - came across your channel after looking for examples of blackbase priming. If I may offer a suggestion regarding your decal problems - I think the reason some ( like the tail markings) adhere well while others do not is because you put too many in the solution at once. The tail were the first ones you applied so they adhered fine. The others sit, already wet - and when you finally get to them they have lost alot of their adhesive. Try doing one or 2 at a time. I personally moisten one at a time. Hope this helps. Ive subscribed. Cheers from the USA :)

Agree. 2 decals in the water at once, max.
Also, going back to the assembly videos early on, I think we're asking for trouble when we snip off a whole sprue tree of parts and then start gluing parts on. We'll get away with it most times, but occasionally we'll muddle left with right or something because we didn't work by part numbers as we cut them loose for assembly. It can lead to saying some very naughty words indeed.
Putting things on by part number assures that the port widget goes on the port side and the starboard one goes to starboard, even though they are practically indistinguishable by appearance.

Dan L. I agree about too many parts off at a time. Whenever I do that, I’ll have tape on them with the part number written on the tape.

Good idea using the little triangle to line up the decals.
