Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS):
Sussurro: Any Medic.
Vanilla: Any Vanguard.
Jessica: Any Marksman Sniper.
Ansel: Folinic S2/Silence S2 (extra range).
Myrtle: S1 L7. Any Flagbearer. E2 not required.
Purestream: Any Therapist or Wandering Medic.
Cuora: S2 L7 module 3. Any Defender with high DEF & module.
Degenbrecher S3 M3. Most high rarity Guards will work in place of Degen.
I really like myrtle's dp regen line lol it almost sounds like "Im couting on you again today little assh*le"

OMG tysm this strat is really easier to pull for underbuilt accounts. I borrowed Degenbrecher and added the best of my spare Defenders to the 2 free slots. Kept deploying and redeploying them when Hoshi died, and thus won with 3 stars, yay

when i first started arknights, i actually hated your guides. i didn't know what you meant by 'make it smell nice' when you placed a unit. or "shhhh" but now as i'm more familiar with the game, i can appreciate your subtle sense of humor more.

So glad I already have a crazy stock of crystalline components, so I don't need to farm on this stage at all
I have dementia so I'm also surprised to have 100+ mats of this that I don't know where I farm them before this event 😅

I don’t understand the bonfires mechanic at all
I’ve repeat all the steps shown in this video, yet all the bonfires get blown out, and the central one near Degenbrecher does not get re-lit by itself at all so I run out of lighters and eventually get nuked
Your Sniper like my Jessica should be relighting the heater next to Degen.

Look, my teaching now come to fruition!
Anyways, there are more thing to take note:
- U may lose Harold 1st try. Degen can kick his ass. But Harold, like Damazti, is meant to punish spawncamp and glass cannon burst tactics.
- Lit the furnaces are not enough. U need to guard them. Anticipate which one need to be both lit and guarded, and which one no need guarding. Example: The southmost one need both lighting and guarding due to Harold furnaces shutdown priority.
- Establish ur defenses when u know what each furnace need. U need more braincell for this.
- If u find it too hard to handle Harold mortar, stall him both phase while we handle the trash mob.

Nice. Mommy is goated. The normal way really needs to put AA sniper to lit the leftmost furnace
does this work with autodeploy? I redid the stage 3 times with no guides but the autodeploy somehow fails despite me doing it differently every time, can't quite tell why, two times one of my operators died when they weren't supposed to, the other time myrtle used her skill when there was an enemy attacking her (that I waited for her to kill on the actual run) what mechanic could be messing it up?
Make sure you turn back on the Heaters asap. Otherwise, when DPSing the boss it may push him enough to trigger the mechanic and unlit Heaters = you take more damage.

Should I be farming event currencies in platform no. 3 stages? Or wait for the ex stages?
In platform no. 3 stages, it gives out 21 event currencies for 21 sanity...

You have to farm a bit on stage 6, 7, or 8. Depending on what material you need if you want to clear out the entire shop.

I'm still not sure how to counter the one-shot attacks during phase 2 but I managed to stall him and redeploy degen to kill him. EX version is going to be really rough though if RS-8 is kicking my butt.
Gotta relit Heaters asap, otherwise when you push him enough and he does the mechanics, you get damaged more for X amount of unlit Heaters.

Yesss, I tried with Degenbrecher too, have a friend with an M3 one - that's more lore-accurate than with Amiya xD Let me try and see if my E2 lv50 S2 M1 Hoshi can tank this today
