The simultaneous threatening and comforting, being so affected by the collar he mentions it TWICE despite also recognizing that it is basically an instrument of torture ("yes, okay, honey, we can discuss a collar, just not THIS ONE"), the teleportation, absolutely recognizing that the queen is going to want revenge, the holding hands at the end...just a whole lot.
