A friend of mine is an indie/microbudget filmmaker, and I've helped on a few of her films. My favorite credits story is the time she needed to set up a scene involving a dead body and wasn't sure how to arrange the fake blood. It turned out that the person holding the boom mike (me) had made a study of blood patterns and wound types as part of research for a mystery novel I'd written. So I got handed the fake blood, told how the character had died, and asked to make it look as real as I could. This led to a hilarious conversation later about how I should be credited, since I'd spent most of my time holding the boom but fake blood wasn't in that job description. I ended up in the credits as "boom mike operator/blood consultant". I'm constantly tempted to put it on my resumé (I do not work in the film industry).

The music supervisor you mentioned can also choose and place all songs licensed for the film. Here are a few additional music-related credits:
Orchestrator - a composer who specializes in assigning and adapting the notes, instructions, and concepts from the composer’s sketch or computer files onto a full score, laying out every note and its articulation played by every different instrument in a studio orchestra and vocal part in a chorus.
Music Preparation - a copyist who converts the full score into practical, individual parts for all the musicians.
Contractor - the individual who hires the musicians, some of whom may specialize in exotic styles or instruments.
Concertmaster - the leader of the violins who assists the composer as a liaison with the orchestra.

I watched Detective Pikachu in theaters with my mother, and she commented on the smorgasbord of "digital artists" - while I'm not in the film industry, I'm your casual wannabe digital artist, and I actually try to pick out all the small individual things blended in the background that somebody probably worked super hard on in Photoshop or SAI or Illustrator some other digital drawing tool. What people don't realize is that Jane Doe under Digital Artists worked on the sign for Cherrim Cafe, the Reshiram and Zekrom poster on the wall in Tim's room, and the Tauros bumper sticker on a car in that one shot you couldn't pick out if I spelled it out for you.
There are so many individual drawings in a movie with a lot of attention to detail, from posters to newspapers to, in a production in some other world like Pokemon, Harry Potter or Zootopia, everyday things that must be recreated like cafe signs, fake ads and bumper stickers to make the world feel convincing and make everything fit with the environment. There may be some overlap between this and Graphic Artists but that's why there are so damn many Digital Artist credits. Even if you don't notice it, the fact that you could pick things like that out do so much to bring a film's world to life.

Credits used to come at the front of films, specifically so that they had to be sat through. In modern times you'll usually only get the main cast at the front, and, more recently, not even that. I kinda like sitting through the credits at the end, especially when I've just had a great experience, and especially when the end credits do something special. The perfect example of both is Return of the King, which had art and a beautiful closing song, and closed out one of the best movie trilogies ever made.
