I don't know about your first 5 but the top 5 is definitely correct ... your first 5 has a L-O-N-G WAY to go to be somewhat near the top 5. Yes it's developing, but I wouldn't go as far as ideal for family ... maybe young professionals, but not to raise a family.
Tacoma in general is not safe a lot of crime drugs homeless people.rent high.wapoto area bad. East side bad.spanaway keeps getting more people that r pushed out of these areas
@@georgeoctavio Waffle House is not self serve and there def is not one in proctor. If there were a Waffle House in Tacoma it would either be on Hosmer near I-5 or just off a bar hopping area like 6th ave. Waffle House is the one thing I miss as a transplant from the south. You can track how bad hurricanes and tornadoes are using the Waffle House index (it’s a real thing) because they’re always open no matter what so when they’re closed, that’s how you know it’s really hit the fan. And tbh the service is one of the best parts because your Waffle House waitress will serve you 3AM scattered covered and smothered hashbrowns or the ass whooping you deserve like a live action choose your own adventure. And no one on this planet will protect you like the third shift Waffle House staff who are more often than not currently on parole or probation. Staffing a Waffle House is essentially drafting a minimum wage zombie apocalypse team and that’s why we love it. There would be a cold day in hell before Proctor got a Waffle House over south Tacoma or the east side.
Eastside over UP....lol...u crazy! I lived everywhere in Tacoma and now reside in NE/Brownspoint

Agreed with all of this. Pierce County is terrible.
Came just for a tour of the cool, different neighborhoods...
What I got was a sales pitch and how to ruin a small city

My Editors go crazy sometimes
Don't think Washington would operate Waffle House properly it's supposed to be self serve
