Is there a reason you don't add the turntable to an audio agregate with Protools that also contains the Focusrite? I have a Soundcraft UI24r as my USB interface with the same turntable. As long as my clocking is correct, I don't have any issues.@@ShedSoundsMediawithIanBeabout

Why didn't you just record it from pro-tools first?
I don’t currently have a way to run a USB input into protools while my Focusrite is in use.

My turntable like yours creates a high pitched whine via USB. Analogue line out from amp to mic in on PC working well though.
