This woman right here is an epic ICON, with a gift unmatched. This is why haters try to come for her...because she is everything, they wish they could be, and they realize they will never be. We get to see the finished product, BUT there is a lot of time, work, money and creative energy behind the scenes to make this happen. Beyonce continues to top herself. It's unprecedented, especially at her age. So many expected her to enter her "slow ballads and ball gowns" era once she hit 40, but clearly she knows she has so much more to offer.
She deserves an Emmy for this performance. I have watched it multiple times a day since she posted it on her UA-cam. Nobody is seeing her, vocally or ideologically. She is in another stratosphere. Her talent cannot be overstated.

I honestly think people are referring to voice "tembre" when they say that. For example.....I am not the biggest fan of Ariana Grande's and Jennifer Hudson's voices, but I know they "can sing". I just couldn't listen to them sing all day. Something about how they sound doesn't resonate with my taste. I say give 10s when 10s are due though. You can't argue talent when it is displayed right in front of you.
