Thank you so much for sharing this. I finally made it today and I’m happy with how it turned out! Unfortunately my rice was a bit mushy, I over cooked it but it still tasted great. I added some raisins too.
Thanks madam for sharing different methods. I have given up making biryani in insta because it sticks every time and even if it sticks a little, all the flavor is spoiled. I have never tried the slow cook method. I will give that one final try.
Yes, instant pot biryani can sometimes be a hassle. Timing should be perfect, otherwise the entire thing can get messed up. Well, this slow cook method is kind of safe, but time consuming.... Every method has its own pros & cons🙂 Thank you Supriya for your feedback, hope this method works for you 🤗
Hi... when you use slow cooker options, pressure cook options didn't get on and for 30min there was count down of timer with no pressure. I cause slow cookermore options for 30min. Do you know what could be the problem.
Hello Mrs Madhavan. Thanks for the great recipes. Can you please tell me what brand of basmati rice you use in your biryani recipes? I’m in MI as well, so should be able to find what you use. Thanks 🙏
Thank You RK🙂🙏really appreciate for your feedback! Coming to your question, I mostly stick to India Gate or kohinoor basmati, this definitely needs min 30 min soaking time. If using a regular rice cooker, then mostly resort to Royal Basmati, needs no soaking. Well, texture changes with water measure and cooking time. Hope this helps 🙏
Everything came perfectly as per your guide but lastly when we put layered with rice and masala it’s utterly flapped. I invest almost 2 hours all My time waste. Dhum how it happens. The top rice not cooked well and bottom masala burned

Being a big fan of one-pot recipes, i love this biriyani recipe😁😁
Thanks Jay, this one actually takes multiple pots😁as it's layered.

Not sure why, slow cooking will not burn the rice, already the rice is partially cooked.
