Nope I’m out west in the crazy state of Oregon. Are you based in Georgia?

@@JOA_Trades_ oh gotcha. I think a lot of flooring products are made in your part of the country. LVP is not a perfect product but it’s pretty good right now.

@@ThehelpfulcontractorAs a floor covering product, for the price, what are some of the pros and cons vs a laminate, glue down vinyl plank or engineered hardwood in a similar price range?

@@bondpit8750 oh man there are so many varieties, pros and cons with the all. I’ve had my best luck going to my local big box home store and seeing what they carry the research those. What it boils down for me is durability and water resistance. I’m in Oregon, and the part of Oregon I live in has a lot of rain, and it’s also a rural area, so lots of indoor/outdoor animals. The interlocking LVP is a big hit around here for those reasons. I personally love pre-finished wood flooring, but my customers don’t. Side note, we don’t see much glue down tile in the residential market in my area, but we do see some high end linoleum and marmoleum. A couple local flooring shops really push it in there show rooms. Not the heap stuff either 😜 Thanks for the comment and don’t forget to like and subscribe.
