I think as much as the rumblethon is fun live, nL has gotten a bit bigger and thus can have guests that can drive up donations and just having guests watch the rumblethon isn't as interactive and fun.

Rock unveiling the Super People’s Elbow, Rock and Cena having a tussle, Chavo going after RVD and hitting a Frog Splash on him, the only woman in this Rumble going after Ric Flair, Batista and Big Show having a big ol’ hoss fight, Rey going after Jericho in the same game they had their controversial WGGP Title bout, Jericho trolling the Rumble just like his WGGP Title reign, Rey getting double-teamed by two dudes he had high-profile SmackDown feuds with, Bob Holly seeing the same move that would eliminate him as he entered the ring, ECW final three, etc. This is such good… ya know.
