I had to permanently delete my Facebook because I couldn't stop posting when triggered or when wanting to give attention to previous crush who checks up my social media. I literally couldn't stop myself. I was posting pictures to get attention. Best decision ever. Fear not people we deserve things be clear coming our way and it's very healthy to stay as detached as possible from potential suitors in the dating stage. I lost my beautiful precious years crying and in agony while he was in another relationship. Of course I am the best so I don't think they had incredible time but it was very painful because I was emotionally attached

And I sent it to this chick my ex is talking to cus she sent me a msg saying I "ruined everything" and shit cus he obviously lead her on and used the excuse "I'm not over my ex" but we haven't even spoken in a year.
