I agree with this video. I'm a taurus, and when I feel that a relationship should become less intimate I just start distancing myself from that person. I don't like ending relationships dramatically because I have valued all my friends whether they have been any good in my life or not. I have treated them well and expect the same in return.
But when I find someone down talking another friend or family member I will either back away slowly or demand an explanation from them for their actions. It's usually very easy to get the hint. If you have hurt someone we love, then expect a shout-out, aggressive argument, and then maybe a hug of forgiveness, but only as long as you can admit to the fact that you were wrong.
Another thing that people seem to not get. Just because we are distancing ourselves from you doesn't mean that we don't love you anymore. It could just mean that we're bored of your endless, moaning, pointless, repetitive discussions, or it could be that we've recognised a really annoying habit of yours like talking about yourself and how awesome you are, and less about your friends and inspirations, or how amazing your food and deserts were the previous night and a promise of sharing the recipe, or what sort of exciting things have happened to you, or how you were touched when you saw an young child pick up an old man's stick on an escalator. It really can be anything. You can talk to us about anything, but we will pick up on whether or not you are in fact interested in what you are talking about.
We only want to talk to those people that we can either learn from or share with. And if we feel that we have nothing to contribute and share to a situation we get bored and go. It doesn't mean we won't try to learn something new, about what you like, but if we see a massive barrier and you are on the other side we're not going to smash it down, we'd prefer to build a big strong bridge, we just need to know if it's worth it. So, maybe to start off with we'll try throwing a few paper airplane messages over, and if you don't have the courtesy to make another and throw it back then we'll just keep walking. We don't want to communicate with someone that can't use the same communication system.
But in some special cases all you need to do in order to get our attention back is say things that sound thrilling, new, funny or fascinating. And that is very easy to do. We might have a boring routine in your eyes, but we do not have a boring mind, or mouth, and if you can convince us to activate those, we shall never appear boring again. And so if you are interesting, and longing for adventure, we will make that happen for you, because we just love giving people that we love what they love. It just happens. It makes us happy, and when you refuse a gift from us....or give us a really horrid gift... it makes us feel unfriended.
Something to remember. We do love people, we just don't always listen to them. If they're wrong, then they're wrong, if they are right and we are wrong we need to triple check all the facts again and then we double apologise, but it's far more likely that you're wrong. But just because we like to argue sometimes and then become silent doesn't mean we don't care any longer, or that this means its all come to an end.
When I went to college and Uni. The three most annoying things my parents kept on asking me whenever they called was. "What do you think you'll do when you leave?" , "Have you got a job yet?" and "Who are you hanging out with?" All fine questions, but nothing very interesting there...
I'd have preferred to give an in-depth description of the day I tried sand-blasting glasses, or the time I went into a beautiful Art Deco building and sat for a long time, while having scones and tea in the conservatory. So maybe asking a fun question or two, but keeping it sharp and to the point. "So, what sort of creative disaster or amazing accomplishment have you achieved today?" This is good because we like to evaluate ourselves and our work, it shows us that you are interested in it as well, and it's a fun question. But you must be careful that it doesn't come across as too sarcastic. Because we're not going to tell people what's in our hearts and minds if we think it's only going be stepped on and laughed at.
So beware.
But remember, we love stuff. Cool stuff. Fun stuff. Funny jokes. Beautiful places. Awesome designs. Tasty food. Yummy drinks. Elegant costumes. Fun and crazy ideas...we just don't often act on them. We want help and inspire someone who can then also be fun and inspire us to become better too, and if that's not you then... Bye. have a nice life. See you next week or something. We don't care.

That doesn't mean we've stopped loving you though, that love for you will stay with us forever, but when it ends it ends because all we're ever gonna do is remember what you did or how we felt about certain things at a certain time that you failed on or we felt you failed on and it's gonna keep us moving forward.
We'll fight you on it once to make our point when it matters, eventhough we don't like confrontation, but if it's stagnant, there's no coming back from that.
And don't ask for time or stupid things like that, cause in a Taureans world, if we let you in, that took time and effort on our part, which means we were sure about you. Asking for time would give us the go ahead and reassurance to ghost you.

Because all of this was happening to me, I knew he was "over" me but in reality he was never into me to begin with because he never did any of those things, until recently when I told him that I will be his friend for life and I just want him to be happy, but we couldn't be together because he didn't seem sure of us. When that took place he came back charging like never before and has made a whole 360 change, he is super affectionate and is around as much as he can be now, its amazing how quickly he changed everything without me asking he just did it, said he was ready to give me his all that he was scared at first. Now I am the one scared because all of this is beautiful and I fear losing it one day, we kind of reversed roles and it is weird.

Not all taurus are not unspontaneous, we just hate people throwing last minute plans at our faces. We find it very annoying.
What if they are "damaged" depressed? He broke up with me on July 4th on good terms. I learned he was doing drugs and covering it with drinks for his depression. He definitely not happy where he is career wise. I'm always supportive towards him. He has a history of exes who cheated on him. It's like if he said I'm different why can't he that now when I will be stick with him through thick and then. We often talked about marriage from when he started dating till April 2017. He graduated in May and we were planning a trip together. We were ok - only had 2-3 arguments but we were ok. He started to change emotionally and mentally... He was more cocky like watch me chug this beer. I heard he was hanging out with the wrong crowd that does drugs. He pushed away his friends includiing me. His best friend was shocked that he ended things because we were engaged. My question is will he come back to me? I tried communicating to him that i'm not going anywhere and reflected on his fears regarding me leaving him. He never responded or returned my call. I basically just focused on me and "hope" he'll come back to me.
