Practicing non-attachment can bring about a sense of calmness, self-mastery, and freedom from societal pressures and expectations. Embracing a carefree mindset can enhance your resilience, self-acceptance, and overall satisfaction with life.
Unbothered goes beyond being a temporary state of mind - it encompasses an entire mindset and lifestyle. Embracing an unbothered lifestyle involves prioritizing inner peace, self-confidence, and tranquility, regardless of external factors. One way to maintain your peace of mind is by being aware of your reactions to upsetting situations and developing the ability to bounce back from the judgments or actions of others that disrupt your balance.

When it comes to Humans... I stopped caring long ago (I am 71 years old). But I still care a great deal for my cats!

I just wrote a poem about how it hurts because we care so much. If I don’t care it won’t hurt as much. Being careless is unnatural for me; I’m a caring, considerate, nurturing person.
So this book is right on time I suppose. I’ve been trying to adopt this unattached, unbothered and careless persona and it helps me to a certain extent.
However it hurts to have to hold back my loving caring nature in order to protect myself. I feel that I shouldn’t have to do this with anyone I love.

It’s not about holding back who u are. U can still be who u are caring and all- it’s about not letting other people’s actions affect how u feel. For example if u show care for someone and they don’t reciprocate it back, don’t let that hurt u. I hope that makes sense and helps

@@irishmoore8674 The true meaning of careless is the nature's law, animals don't live their lives running after money in a stressful life, They live their best in what the world provides for them.

I have been living like this for over a year and have become a better, stronger and more loving person. It has changed how others treat me too. I receive much more respect and kindness from others now.

This is a great mindset to adapt. That way, people are unable to hurt you in life. It's great, but it's also not good to be completely coldhearted.

This video was made for me!😍💕It’s something I’ve almost completely mastered with my son, and he is naturally a more easy going person when he feels my vibration 💕it’s something I have to work on with my mother, who just turns my buttons, and we often have a different mindset, mine being positive and uplifting, she on the other hand is constantly complaining and judging everything, And she wonders why strangers she meets have a negative vibe towards her, the universe hears her constant negative vibrations. Thank you for this video💕it’s something I’ll study and implement into my life.

Well if I told you how it really is growing up with my mother I would run out of data for the next three years. It's not just me it's everyone. Family and friends don't come around because she is so toxic. Growing up I was verbal punching bag. You want me to keep going? I'm not trying to put her down I'm telling it like it is and what it was. My grandmother use to warn is about her (her mother).

People can't stop or change their nature. Some people naturally don't care...what kind of world would we have if no one cared? Not one I would like to live in.

26:21 His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready
To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgetting
What he wrote down, the whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's choking, how? Everybody's joking now
    The clock's run out, time's up, over-blaow!
Snap back to reality, ope there goes gravity, ope
There goes Rabbit, he choked, he's so mad but he won't
Give up that easy, no, he won't have it, he knows
His whole back's to these ropes, it don't matter, he's dope
He knows that but he's broke, he's so stagnant, he knows
When he goes back to this mobile home, that's when it's
Back to the lab again yo, this whole rhapsody
Better go capture this moment and hope it don't pass him, and

People persecute themselves mercisly... It's simply having enough self importance that you recognize how important your needs are. Which doesn't include trying to fix everything that moves. Caring less just means it's not beneficial for my well-being!! 🌈🌹💖
