Im wondering why you pulled the small items out of the chest and stored them? Cause essentially you would be getting 4 in the space of 1 in the statues...? Im also surprised that when diving the loot travels with you to the next server 🤯
I was just doing that to ferry them to the statue quicker since you only get 1 chest, I put the last 3 small items in the chest and store that in the statue so that there's only 9 items total but it's only hold 7 because 3 are in the chest. Your instinct is right, I guess I just didn't show it clearly 🥲 thanks for watching!
That's definitely the most risky one especially with the Burning Blade running around these days, but at least the loot is safe as long as you can get it in the mermaid statue. Just remember you can scuttle your ship through the menu to get it back to an outpost where you can re-raise the flag if you get sunk while you're down there and it spawns you at some random island, so you don't lose too much time.
@@0nestlyGaming the only thing that sucks is losing the emisery but personally If I do get sunk I just complete 2 sea fort raids which raises it to level 4 then collect all the treasury to bring it to level 5 then sell That's what I did for order of souls sometimes and got so many levels lol

I'd probably just raise my flag again and continue stacking, but if your mermaid statues are full and you're ready to sell, Sea Forts and a little pve like a skelly ship or a meg will get you there quick for sure.
For sure, whatever company you do the raid voyage for will fill the vault with loot from that company. It works extra well with Athena since those type of items are so hard to come by, but you can expect it to be just as effective for any of them.

Diving to the voyage definitely cuts down the risk as you come up right at the location so nobody sees you sailing there and you're gone to another server in about 10 minutes if you're proficient at it, the only time I have an issue is if there happens to be someone close by when I emerge or if there's a bored level 5 reaper looking for emissaries. Even if you get sunk though, all your loot is safe in the mermaid statues. You just need to re-level your flag which takes less time if you already have loot stored. Let me know if you have more success this way!
Also when swimming up to the boat with the last piece of loot when the boat "disappears" is when you can drop the loot and it will float to the top, makes ascending easier with loot
Few tips put all your staffs in front of the big door once inside and if you sit in front of the door when the water comes you’ll have line off sight on every siren or siren leader and none of them will be able to sneak up behind you just make sure you dodge their shots and also throwing knives and blunderbuss is great for this

Nicely done video , the only thing i didn't like has nothing to do with the guide ,it's just the screen shaking when harpooning or when shooting canons , i would recommend disabling it , good luck man
I feel like stacking ashen athena voyages (in the Roar then) may be faster, but since some people don't enjoy this place (I wonder why 👀), this could be a good alternative !
That used to be my go-to method before they released Legend of the Veil and raid voyages. It'd take me around 3 hours as a solo to complete 2 ashen athena voyages, get the flag to level 5 and then do the emissary quest. Definitely higher quality loot that way but MAN what a time commitment it was, and for sure didn't give nearly as many levels. I spent about a year grinding out Athena levels that way and got to 30, but now I get 3-5 levels per session with this method, managed to get up to 90 in a month just by experimenting and showing friends.
@@0nestlyGaming Now it only takes 1h for 2 ashen Athena's, and if you setup the thing correctly you'll only have to sail between Devil's Thirst and Ashen Reaches back and forth to get one more, so the more time you do this the better the ratio time/level/money is Check it out, cause each chest is roughly 1 level, + the rest of the Athena's loot is there to boost it all up

Gotta dive for the first voyage, and have Flintlock Peninsula, Fetcher's Rest and Ruby's Fall on the first 3 steps (each Athena is only a 3 quest then chest voyage now, and the order or quest type for each island doesn't matter, as long as it's those 3 ones). Once you have that and you dived, normally the chest of legends is either at Devil's Thirst or Ashen Reaches, go and dig it up. Once done, vote for the voyage again, and you should normally have 2 quests on the same island (the one the chest wasn't on), and 1 quest on the island you're at right now. And chest also spawn on one of those two :p
@@mel__live Wow shows how long it's been since I've done one, I remember it filling up your entire quest radial with maps and stuff, you had to sail all the way across the Roar to finish it. Glad to hear they improved it! I've seen a Mixel video about cheesing Ashen skeleton crews like that too, seems like it's a bit of a theme. I'll check out it, thanks!
Ohh yea if you're just starting out with Athena it's a bit of a slog getting there. I'd recommend either doing Ashen Athena voyages so you can try to avoid other players, or just dive to a Sea Fort Athena Raid voyage (you should have that now) which will only spawn Athena loot in the vault. There's no way to hold it between server dives so just go sell it at the nearest outpost and dive again. This'll get you levels pretty quick and the Sea Forts are generally pretty fun to do. After you get to level 10, you'll unlock the Sunken Shrine Athena Raid Voyage and you can use this same trick there, once you get to the vault store all the loot in the mermaid statue and just don't collect it when you get back to your ship, it'll still be there when you dive to the next server so you can just collect it whenever the statue is full. You'll be level 15 in no time and then it's smooth sailing from there!
I'm just using the chest to rally the small loot items to the statue quicker since there are 6 small items and only 1 chest but the chest is filled when I put it in the statue.
It is, just tested it yesterday actually posted a screenshot of the double stack in my community section here to confirm it's still working. Might just be a glitched server or session? Very weird.
As long as you don't leave the game, if you sail back to the same treasury (you can dive to a different server first if you don't want to risk running into the people that sunk you) the mermaid will be there waiting for you. Other crews can't collect the loot you have stored in the statue.
Sometimes there's a visual glitch where it doesn't show the shining circle when you go to the next server, this is what happens when the treasury hasn't "respawned" yet in a normal server. If you haven't completed the voyage it should be fine, just dive down there, the treasury is still there despite the circle not showing up.
@@0nestlyGaming same session. Afther the first shrine we put the loot in the mermaid and fast traveled to the next and there whas no shrine. Then we had to wait a bit to dive again an we went to another but again no glow no spiral under water nothing. Im gonna try again soon haha
It's not patched, you're probably just emerging at different treasuries which each have their own individual storage. You won't be able to get the items stored at Treasury of Lost Ancients if you're at Treasury of Secret Wilds. Personally I just keep stacking until one of the mermaid statues is full, sell, then continue stacking until I'm done for the day then I go around and collect it all for a final sell.
There's one automatically in each Treasury. But I think you can also do a Gold Hoarder riddle to dig one up, then you could swim down an empty chest and save yourself a couple of spaces in the mermaid - works out the same swimming one chest down vs swimming one piece of loot up

Yea I wish you could carry them with you between dives but they count as 'loot' by themselves so it won't let you. Technically you could sail around to find a few and bring them down with you, but I don't think it's worth the amount of time it'd take.

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I'm guessing you were just at a different treasury for your second dive. There are three treasuries around the map and each mermaid statue has its own individual storage. So if you did one at the Treasury of Sunken Shores, and then you went and did Treasury of Secret Wilds for your second raid, each statue will have 7 items in it. The statues can hold up to 20 items each letting you store up to 60 items total before you need to collect and go sell. Hope that clears it up but let me know if you're still having issues.

Definitely works. Did you maybe leave the game instead of using dives to server hop? The mermaid won't stick around for that. Or did you collect your loot before you were ready to sell and got sunk while you were doing a treasury? Sorry you had a bad experience, but it certainly works as evidenced by the video.

I rarely ever get sunk doing treasurys unless its the lost ancients one which is in the middle of the map

Why do you take the small treasure items out of the carrier chest instead of putting the whole chest with treasure in the mermaid?
