Haha great name for a tournament! First time I have seen a TT Swiss style tournament. What software do you use? We have been using Zermelo for banded and open style events with Rating Central here in Scotland but are always looking for new ideas.
Actually, this is all done in my head and a piece of paper. I've done a few and it's not that hard really. Takes about 5min between rounds. My players love these tournaments because everybody gets the same number of matches instead of getting knocked out early, and because good players play mostly good players, average play average, and weaker play mainly weaker. I love them because they are pretty easy to run, it's just one event, all ages and sexes can play together, and a couple of no-shows don't require re-seeding or redrawing the tourney. I did put the results through using Rating Central's Cantor program later on though.
Cool. Not sure I would like to run one manually... Yep I can see some of the advantages to the Swiss system, sounds like an efficient system, much like large banded groups but with the added benefit that all players can win on the day.
