This game was my very first RSL game in person. Absolutely electric. I'll never forget this night. Beautiful spring day. The energy in the last half was overwhelming.

On March 9, on the birthday of their captain Chicho, RSL lost 1:2 to the Colorado Rapids in the first game of the Rocky Mountain Cup and the players were probably sad after the match in the locker room and they decided to postpone Chicho’s birthday for the second home game on May 18. It turned out beautiful and memorable. We are waiting for the third game in Colorado on July 20.

As a Cincinnati fan I believe that this has been the most entertaining game of the season so far. However, I felt like there should have been more goals...😱
As an RSL fan I love watching Cincinnati play. They definitely deserve that top of the east right now. Just 1 point behind Miami and 1 less game

@@CrownMoney18 That goal wasn't his fault. Brody is typically solid, but he made bad pass there that led to the goal. MacMath was out of the goal because he was essentially acting as an extra defender for support (which he has done A LOT this season). He had no reason to think that would have happened. I blame Brody, though I'm sure he will bounce back. He is an often underrated workhorse for the team.

Well, this was a collapse of epic proportions..again. It's happened a couple of times this year, Steffen didn't have a good night. He's gotta cover up on that first goal, and what ended up being a game winner, had to make the save. Ridiculous. Chance for revenge comes in July, but until then we've gotta pick our heads up. Come on now, Minnesota next!! Go Rapids❤💙

The Rapids will be a playoff, but not title winning team, until we can improve our set pieces and our midfielders learn to mark in the box. Too often there are free opponents in the box because our center mids are caught ball watching.

Calm down it was vs the rapids. As a Colorado fan I can say maybe only the rapids can play such crappy defense to allow a 2-0 lead turn into to a blow out. How no coach can improve the side is so frustrating
Honestly, I think this rapids team isn’t bad at all, far from a contender but a solid playoff team. The coach really screwed up in this one, going to a five man back line is almost always a horrible decision. The RSL defense isn’t great, but the attack is superb, why would you change tactics to allow one of the best attacking team to attack? I should add, i am an RSL fan lol.
Isn't bad defense and goalkeeping pretty common for most clubs in MLS?
