Here is a breakdown of all my investments and how much money I have from my stock portfolio, my crypto, and my real estate step by step. Most of the money was made because of UA-cam - however: the journey was not an overnight success. I started investing and learning about finance when I turned 19. My journey has taken me over 10 years to get to this point. Enjoy!

I am incredibly yearning for earnings. Been asking myself when the market is going to return to the usual winning ways. My portfolio is down by more than 40% and its getting depressing.
I feel for you. Newbies must realize that the market comes with lots of risks. It is a zero sum game and you could potentially lose all. Always make correct inquiries before putting your money somewhere or better still, get the services of a pro (that way, you give little room for error). Made my first million earlier this year this way. Good luck!

You taught me everything I know about dividend investing man. I had never done it before and went in heavy during the COVY market crash. Two years later... my dividend portfolio is looking really healthy and doing great! Thanks for all you do.

But regarding renting the property out, need to keep in mind that you’d need to maintain the house and lawn around it and those are expenses too plus HOA homeowners Association fees annual pay. So have to deduct those expenses when calculating monthly rent income. Thanks!

Andrei, taking my time to write this comment down just so you know how appreciated you are. Back in the day I was addicted to cardistry and used to have the deck in my hands 24/7. One of the biggest inspirations of mine was you. Your T11 Genesis course has set me on the track and I actually got to the level of the skill I initially was aiming for. Just to have a more vivid example: my nickname on most platforms was cardistsuren. You do know where I got the inspiration from and that I was not that creative on it :D Whenever someone was asking what cardistry is I was showing the your "In the cards" video, which by the way got me hooked on cinematography and films. Eventually I stopped cardistry and magic because of daily job and university. A few years later I got interested on personal finance and started my investing journey. Once I started researching your name popped up in youtube and I was really impressed. Now the story repeats itself but in the sphere of personal finance. Learning from you my money started making sensitive gains for me and opened path to financial freedom. Seeing you from kinda the same backgrounds, me being from and living in a post soviet country really makes things look more positive. Wanna say thank you and keep up helping many people like you were some day. Seeing you be succesful in all different fields makes me believe that me too will reach the heights Im aiming for.

You do realize it is not hard to have millions with his income right? It would have taken him 25 or so years to have that same amount of money without it!!!!!!!!!!!! He even said himself he got multiple promotions AND had at least one renter. The moral of the story is having a good income and living on only a fraction of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QUESTION: I know you say to do dollar cost averaging, however, if you have the $6K extra cash laying around for a Roth IRA, would it be better to go all in and max your Roth IRA at the beginning of the year (January 2022) into the S&P 500 so that the money has more time in the market to grow and make dividends?
It depends on your investment horizon and what you are buying. The longer the time frame, and the more diversified the investment (ETF vs Stock) the less you have to worry about. Tossing it all on VT today will be far less risky than say buying META, however, the lower the risk, the lower the reward. You must decide what your own risk tolerance is.
