Got a few questions literally just traded my 10th gen si in for the 2022 sport hatchback gonna keep the build more simple this time just some wheels and badges lowering springs/ maybe air ride in the future but what’s the badge size for red emblems and what wheel size did you go with plus off set

I just received them for my 2023 ID4. So far NO! BAD FIT. Front mats are ok, rears are undersized and always move around. The plastic twist out wings don't even reach the edge of the door sill trim so they don't stay in place. Other vehicles might fit better. "Emma" was very quick to ask for a review the minute the courier sent the delivery notice, but after I replied with the fit and finish issues, days ago, she has not replied at all and I've been asking for a replacement. I'm not thrilled.

Those mats actually take away from the simple design of the cars interior. Also, it clashed with the striping on the seats. Anything in basic black is definitely the way to go. This is just wayy too busy.

They did not deliver what I asked for and did not fix it.
I had a very poor experience with this company. Difficult to work with customer service. Installation for the cargo liner requires gluing down Velcro tabs. I own a Mercedes GLS 580. Not interested in gluing anything down. The 3rd row mats were not made to accommodate for the floor vents. The “owner” says this isn’t something they do. I would avoid this company.
I've had a horrible experience with Luxus. I ordered over a year ago and haven't had any new information since December. Last I heard they were apparently still waiting for it to be sent out. Use Luxus at your own risk!

You failed to pick up your parcel which led to it being returned to us; as per our Shipping Policy, when a customer fails to pick up his parcel, we charge $40 to reship the item back to the customer.
We have offered you a 50% discount on this fee yet you still make false claims about the issue and just want your money back when we clearly have done nothing wrong on our end.
We have all the compelling evidence with all the email history which proves our claims.
Happy to reship the parcel back to you when you cover the $20 fee.

I don’t think they look half bad man do what you wanna do it’s your car and it’s your money but overall I think they look pretty nice me personally I would go with black but that color actually matches pretty well with your paint so great stuff 👍🏻
I have you heard about vipcarmats? I ordered my flor mats same color as your and Is been more than 40 days I tried to get contact with them and no response I emailed them like 10 times asking any audate and nothing so idk what to do at this point
Always research a company before pulling the trigger, we're getting reports of multiple websites stealing our content and and selling similar mats for half the price; they are either professional online scammers or sell terrible quality mats thinner than paper and fall apart in a week. Unfortunately there's not much we can do to stop them. If you have a doubt about a company, the best thing to do is check their Trustpilot ratings. In your case if you haven't heard back, we strongly advise to call you card issuer and issue a chargeback.

@@luxuscarmats the e mail that said it was sent back and you were waiting for it to arrive to be shipped back? Which didn't include a re ship fee until I asked again and got a reply months later! And since I finally got emailed back due to these comments, you also know that I was never made aware it was a fail to deliver and was not given an opportunity to pick it up. Only opportunity was to wait even longer and pay more. Which, as I stated in my emails before, I do not trust your tracking or delivery system. For all I know, it will end up as a failure to be delivered again and cost me more to send it back to me. Again. Instead of attempting to help me, your company went straight to telling me it's my fault and unless I pay more, with no extra guarantee it will actually arrive, I was out of luck.
