Climbing the Zig-Zags at Box Hill

The last time that I cycled up this road was 37 years ago on a Dawes Star Celeste. I was on my way home from a few days staying at Tanners Hatch Youth Hostel.
Sorry about the nodding donkey shots with the head cam, I was flagging a bit. However, I was surprised at how easy the climb was, and I didn't need to stop early for a rest.
11 minutes and 5 seconds from the start of the hill to the cafe.

That tarmac unusually smooth - almost as if they'd specially prepared it for some important event, where they don't want the world to see the usual moonscape!
