- The Crewe emergingfutures site and a siege were an arrested man in handcuffs escaped poliice from the site and a siege that went on for over 12 hours while he smashed the place up. Police Fire ambulance tied up all day at the site putting others at risk. I believed he failed to fill in a prision licence and thats why he was arrested but jumped out of a window in handcuffs an was pepper sprayed.
We as resident demand to know what sort of people are in this site and are we safe
Meanwhile OAPs, Children and the vulnerable struggle with being able to get an ambulance, police etc!

It is possible this guy is vulnerable, it is also possible that he is not! However my initial comment is a dig at the amount of resource required for 1 person. I have experienced both sides of this coin having spent 8 years of my life as a full time firefighter and 12 as an addict. I suffered from psychosis and was myself vulnerable, but I was also a drain on the system to which I am deeply ashamed. I do not judge people, and you are completely right when you say this chap may be vulnerable, it’s a difficult topic.
