Thanks so much for your encouraging words my friend my daughter Jacklyn and I really appreciate it. Take care and have yourself a great week. Cheers!✌️🍻🇹🇹🇺🇸
Green seasoning is the bedrock of Trini cuisine, and the signature character of so many wonderful dishes from sweet TnT. I fancy some mango chow right now!
Oh yes Pete I'm sure you know about this one it's like taking your vitamins everyday lol. Thanks for popping in and I hope all is well with my friend. Cheerio!
I'm going to bet your green seasoning has a huge kick to it. I like how everything comes together. I'll bet it's a great sauce on lots of different proteins
Oh yes season your protein and you ready for some grilling or baking action. We use the this almost everyday especially for stews ...but remember in Trinidad and Tobago our stews are cooked totally different to how you guys cook your stews out there. Thanks for the support as always my friend. Cheers!
My brother Season a couple chicken half and throw them on the grill and you'll definitely enjoy. Thanks for the support as always my brother. Cheers 👍 ✌️ 🍻
As soon as the Scotch Bonnet pepper shows up, we all know who is making the dish. It is your signature move Stephen. Wonderful green sauce. Thanks you Two!
LOL 🤣🤣....You know my brother but I did use a green one this time so the heat level is just right. This green seasoning is the key to Trinidad & Tobago Cuisine. You take care and have a great one. Cheers!
Hiya Cam and Theresa....I've really busy these last few weeks and my daughter Jacklyn is akso writing her high school final exams these next few weeks so you know she needs that moral support. I really appreciate your support my friends. Much love from Jacklyn and I. Cheers!
Yes my friend we're doing fine thanks hope all is well with you and your family. Oh yes it's has be been a minute my...daughter Jacklyn is preparing for her final year of high school exams so there might not be a video for a while after this one unless if I do the voice overs by myself. Thanks for the support as always my friend. God Bless 🙏🏽
LOL...🤣🤣 like that one Paulie ...but I tell you is the key ingredient to Trinidad & Tobago Cuisine. If we don't have it blended we just take a little of each and give a really fine chop altogether,...which is actually a better method because the flavors stand out more. Hope you're having a fun time in the Philippines. Take care and have yourself a great one. Cheers!
Thanks my brother we use this green seasoning everyday in cooking our meals. Hope you give it a try....it the perfect seasoning for chicken, pork and even beef and throw them on the put. Take care and have a great week. Cheers!
That looks so so flavorful!! Anything that you put this sauce on is going to taste incredible for sure!! Hope all is well my friends!! Enjoy your weekend! 🍺👍😊

Great video Stephen. There were a few new to me ingredients I'm going to have to figure out how to get. The plant veritys. So I can grow them here. I'm really liking the idea of using this sauce on some breakfast foods. Omelets, eggs and bacon and hash browns. Oh and a trinny version of Eggs Benedict, hmmm. And I bet it would make a very interesting Bloody Marry ingredient. It was interesting to see you use a green Scotch bonnet. Great way to get the flavor without the punishing heat. I do that with Anaheim peppers. Great flavor with less heat. Occasionally I'll throw some very thinly sliced rings of green Anaheims onto the top of a tossed salad for looks and a little additional flavor and a bit of spice. Great seeing you do a video. Sir you and your family have a great day 🌞. 😁👍🌶🍻
