Why is the judiciary system of India often criticised by the common man?
Indeed your question is of great concern my friend.
I consider the following reasons responsible
1.English: All proceedings and hearings are carried out in proper English language which can't be understood by everyone , so common man curse
2.Lawyer: The rich people get easily a good lawyer for their case but it's not the same with middle and poor class , which finally sucks a lot of money of their hard work
3.Delays: There is a hell lot of cases pending because of delays in hearings.And as it is correctly said that justice delayed is justice denied
All above mentioned reasons make us to think that Indian judiciary system is a system with broken back
