The end was very sad. Advocate ravindra is one in a million, when wil the top court's in India think of the common people. Hon' le Judge sab walked away after his order. Just throwing responsibility on another Hon' le Judge, it's not an a order. Very shameful

horrible judicial system. It is evident that they are not absconding. The judge should have squashed that order then and there and then listen further about other things. Nonsense and hopeless.
the mental situation of applicants can be seen and understood the judge should have been more patient with them. A judge is there to provide justice to the poor. This proves that even the judicial system dont care about poor people, repeatedly he is saying i am least bothered i am least bothered. Sadly in the end, he did what he decided within first 5 minutes of this hearing

It’s a court not a fish market he is already being far more supportive but the applicant needs to know how to behave. He already gave them so many opportunities to properly present but they were not being careful now if they think they can present without lawyers then it’s assumed that they have a sense to behave properly.

So from your point of view you are right. If you have spare time try to be in the company of old men who are having mental issues and have no one to care for them, then you will understand what I meant by more patience

Emotional sentiments should be there based on their condition and age which i think is fairly shown by the judge in this case but you can’t just keep on asking for more and more.
@@Ammy_Bajwa I disagree, you do not understand sir, in that age with such low degree of hearing he was trying his best to answer the judge. Judges are there to impart justice and such senior citizens with mental and physical health problems deserved to be heard and remedied no matter what discomfort a judge must face. The judge was yelling again and again "i am least bothered". now he may be great judge but he gets a C- in this case.
बुजुर्ग दम्पति ने सिर्फ एक बार बीच मे बोला है उसके लिए कई बार माफ़ी मांगी है लेकिन जज साहब ने ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए था इससे तो लगता हैं जज साहब को तो बहाना चाहिए था, इनकी दिमागी हालत ठीक नहीं है

Lawyer diya gaya, ab lawyer case ko sahi tarik se rakh raha court k samne , toh uske biche mien bhi kuch comment pass krna hai.... Waqt barbad ho raha court ka..... Baki lawyer bhi baithe hai piche, apna case present krne k liye..... Ab client corporate nhi kr raha court k saath toh court kya help kregi..... Emotion ko dekh k, samy dete rahe.. aase to pura din lagjayega court m ek case k piche....

Old couple exposed to extreme harassment
Honorary Judge should have thought have about the couples age and there condition. They had come with hope of justice and some linency. But the arrogant Judge ignored everything and without any courtesy and humanity passed the order. Shame on such judges and law

Courts should focus on Nyay nothing else is more important than Nyay. If Nyay not done then the system is failed.
Judge wanted to help them out but the way they both behaving and not letting him speak or not listening to him is annoying. Second judge told her few times to listen to him it’s simple listen to judge first then talk to your husband but nah she kept talking then her husband started and IT IS ANNOYING. Mera case SDM court patnacity me 2017se still abhi bhi chal raha hai pahle to Feb.23tak (6sal)tak 2nd party ek bhi date attend nahi kiya or mera wakil Lal babu prasad humko kitna baar bolne ke baad bhi intejar karte rahe tub jakar feb.23 ko notice bhejwaye uske baad march23 ke date par written petition dekar date attend kiya jo written petition diya usk copy recived karke April 23ke date par khud absent ho gaye ab bahut baar mangne ke baad bhi written prtition ka recived kiya hua copy nahi dikha rahe hai taki uska zerox nokal kar rakh saku March 23 ko spot enquiry ka aadesh hua jo still spot enquiry ke jagah har date pe wadi pratiwadi ke wakil milkar aarop pratyarop ka daur challa rahe hai taki dono pakchh ke samne spot enquirye na ho ye daur kub tak chalega o koi pesewar case ladnewala ho batayega

The husband and wife are not in the proper frame of mind. However anyone who has been through so much of pain and harrassment can act abnormally.
This was the worst trial i have ever seen and justice whatever the action and reaction both he has taken and given respectively was like he has already decided to the outcome in the starting of the case, both the old age couple were this much of terrified and harrassed in their past that they want to say many things in just a single sentence if they could have been, justice should be more patience and 1st of all would have made them calm down, i know this is a very hectic job but you are the judge and as the power come in your hand so there's the responsibility. I think Judge has also been in his old age time now and not able to control his emotions or can say mental stress, the sign of aggression he has shown to the poor old age couple was terribly unjustified and deny full. Wanna say a lot regarding this case or trial but people in here have said a lot on my behalf. Sorry to the old couple i wish they get rid of this pain ASAP. GOD BLESS THIS OLD AGE COUPLE 😇🙏
